Welcome to Samdal-ri (웰컴투 삼달리) is a Korean rom-com with a story that is as beautiful as the wide sea that is here to bring together two lost souls. Directed by Cha Young-hoon, the drama stars Ji Chang-wook, Shin Hye-sun, Seo Hyun-chul, Kim Mi-hwa, Yang Kyung-won, and Baek Hyun-joo alongside other cast members.
The Kdrama brings the life of two islanders who return home after experiencing tragic loss and a wish to make a change. As the two work towards their goals, these prior best friends find a moment to rekindle their friendship and maybe something more. Watch as Jo Yong-pil and Jo Sam-dal find new meanings to life with their unexpected encounter.

Welcome to Samdal-ri Episode 10 Prediction
Sam-dal realises what she has done and is shocked, unaware that someone might have seen what happened between her and Yong-pil the night before. A new rumour is about to spread across Samdal-ri while Sang-do tells Yong-pil that this time he is going to use another way to make his feelings clear in front of Sam-dal.
Later, Sang-tae makes it clear in front of Yong-pil that he will never accept Sam-dal. Yong-pil now has to choose between his father’s decision and Sam-dal’s confession.
Welcome to Samdal-ri Episode 9 Recap
The story of the two Mi-jas is out and we find out that it was because of Ko Mi-ja that Yong-pil’s mother Bu Mi-ja lost her life, or that is what Sang-tae assumes and resents Ko Mi-ja and her family. Back in the present, Mi-ja is rushed to the hospital where Sam-dal is shocked to see Yong-pil explaining everything to the doctor about her mother’s condition.
Later, she bursts out in anger at Yong-pil as he had denied knowing anything about her mother’s health. Yong-pil tells her that she should’ve come back to visit her mother to know what was happening. The next day, Yong-pil takes them home where Mi-ja is welcomed by the divers while the sisters decide to take better care of their mother.
The next day, Sam-dal tries to apologise to Yong-pil who apologises to her in return for keeping Mi-ja’s condition a secret. Meanwhile, Gyeong-tae and Eun-u find out that Yong-pil stayed back in Samdal-ri to keep an eye on Mi-ja while Sang-tae finds out that Yong-pil has been taking care of Mi-ja this whole time.
Later, he confronts his son about the same and is shocked when Yong-pil tells him that he can never hate Mi-ja as he is aware that it wasn’t her fault that his mother died. Meanwhile, Gyeong-tae blurts out the truth about Yong-pil staying back to Sam-dal who gets drunk and tells Yong-pil that he is the reason why she never came back.
She tells him that he making her waver again as she wants to lean on him and walks away. Yong-pil stops her and this was all it took for Sam-dal to finally kiss him.

Following his groundbreaking role in The Worst of Evil, Ji Chang-wook is back again with a different genre that shows a different side of this versatile actor. Accompanying him in creating this magic is the wonderful Shin Hye-sun who left us awestruck with her role in See You in My 19th Life, and is back with more for us all.
