The South Korean romantic comedy-drama series is based on the webtoon of the same name by Lee Hye. Also known as ‘이번 생도 잘 부탁해’, it is directed by Lee Na Jung and screenplay by Choi Young Rim.
The fantasy series stars Shin Hye-sun and Ahn Bo-hyun in the lead role alongside Ha Yoon-Kyung, Ahn Dong-goo, Cha Chung-hwa, Baek Seung-chul, Lee Jae-kyoon, Kim Si-a, Lee Hae-young, Bae Hae-sun, Bin Chan-uk, Lee Chae-min and more.
The series is executive produced by Kim Sun-tae and Jung Hyun-wook alongside Lee Ji-yoon produces it. It takes over tvN’s Saturday and Sunday 9:20 KST slot previously occupied by Tale of the Nine-Tailed 1938. It has a runtime of 60 minutes.
The show’s plot follows the story of Ban Ji-eum, who has an extraordinary ability to remember all the memories of her past lives. In her 19th life, she decides to reconnect with the boy from the 18th life that she lost after her life was cut short following a sudden and brutal accident. However, the task is not easy as she is born into a rather modest family, and Moon Seo-ha is a chaebol heir, which makes the situation further complicated.
The story in the sixth episode is becoming progressively more intense after a major revelation about Ji-eum’s ability. Apparently, after Ji-eum reveals anyone from her past about her identity, their lives are endangered. Hence, Ae-kyung suddenly has come down with sickness, and Cho-won’s life is also in danger as well. But Ji-eum remains unaware of this issue which is creating multiple problems.
Fans are busy discussing the episode and knitting multiple theories about the most probable reason behind the instance. Most of them think that in Ji-eum’s past life, she was cursed, which led her to remember all her reincarnated forms. The same curse also endangers the people around him who know the truth. However, in the middle of the discussions, they also could not ignore the romantic scenes between the lead couples and root for them in the upcoming episode.
