Ki-seok then tells Min-chul to kill Woo-seok to which the latter immediately complies and pays him a visit to the hospital with a murder scheme. However, things don’t go as planned because Ji-hun is ready with the trap and succeeds in luring his prey; as Min-chul’s video of attempting Woo-seok’s murder is publicised.

Min-chul asks Ki-seok for another chance and thinks that he has been able to convince the latter, however, he soon realises that he was wrong. He succeeds in escaping Ki-seok’s clutches with Ji-hun’s help and agrees to make his statement against Ki-seok.

However, they still need the slush fund list to make the connection and prove their point, which is when Min-chul tells them that he had hidden a copy of the list before handing the original to Ki-seok.

The news breaks out but this is not enough to punish Ki-seok, so the prosecutors make a plan to get a statement out of Ki-seok with the help of Min-chul. He pretends to come back to Ki-seok’s side and lures Ji-hun into his trap where Ki-seok awaits him with a plan to kill.

The next day, Min-chul states that he was forced to make a false statement by prosecutor Ye-jin which then calls for a team meeting where Ye-jin plays Ji-hun’s recording of Ki-seok’s statement. The show finally comes to an end but Ji-hun’s days of solving cases never stop and will continue for a long time. However, I have to say that the finale has come to a rushed stop while also dragging a few things along the way.

As much as we would have liked to see more content in the final episode, this is all that we get and need to just go with it. Anyways, we got the villain getting his deserved end and the heroic lawyer continuing his never changing days of serving the people along with a comic end where he gives his iconic introduction.

Altogether, this has been a fun watch for all viewers and I could even say that we wouldn’t mind some more stories of the 1000 Won lawyer.
