Hyper Knife: All About Park Eun-bin’s Upcoming Medical Thriller Kdrama!

Park Eun-bin is ready to make her comeback with a spectacular new Korean drama where she takes up a new look that is sure to give us the best experience again! After delivering us some of the Top Korean dramas in recent years, she is back with a new look in the upcoming show Hyper Knife, a medical drama that we are sure to love.

Hyper Knife (하이퍼 나이프) follows one known as the best neurosurgeon in the world and his gifted pupil whom he throws at rock bottom. However, years later they reunite and things get more complicated than ever. As the two ready to face off against each other in the operating room, they begin to see the same madness within each other that they have only ever seen in the mirror.

Hyper Knife Plot

Following the story of two gifted neurosurgeons, and their teacher-student relationship that soon turns twisted, this upcoming Korean drama is not just intense but also thrilling for all to see. And with a psychopathic streak, the female lead is sure to leave us all shocked with her actions.

Jung Se-ok was once a promising and gifted doctor who was a student of the best neurosurgeon in the world- Choi Deok-hui. While her teacher saw her talent, he had mixed feelings about her actions and was soon proved right when he got a better look at the madness within her. Then during an operation, he permanently kicks her out of his operating room and demands she never step inside another operating room.

This sparks the underlying madness within Se-ok who resorts to working as a shadow doctor in an illegal operating room. However, she once again meets her ex-teacher who had once kicked her to rock bottom. As the once close student and teacher confront each other, a new chaos erupts where they begin to see the similarities they have been avoiding. Holding their knife, while one saves, another wishes to kill. What will be the result of their confrontation?

Alongside Deok-hui, Se-ok is also another around her. There is Han Hyeon-ho an anesthesiologist who feels sorry for her and Seo Young-ju stays by her side no matter what.

Hyper Knife Cast

Directed by Park Joon-soo and Choi Yeon-soo, the drama stars Park Eun-bin as Jung Se-ok, Sul Kyung-gu as Choi Deok-hui, Yoon Chan-young as Seo Young-ju, Park Byung-eun as Han Hyeon-ho, and other cast members. 

After her stunning performance in Extraordinary Attorney Woo and Castaway Diva, Park Eun-bin is ready to make another wonderful return with this upcoming drama where her role is already creating sparks among fans. Alongside her, we have The Whirlwind star Sul Kyung-gu who plays the role of her teacher, ready to set a thrilling atmosphere for the audience and fans alike.

Hyper Knife Release Date and Time

The show is set to release on March 19th, 2025, Wednesday and will stream until April 9th, 2025. The show consists of 8 episodes which will be released every Wednesday for the audience. Additionally, the show is set to release two episodes per week which will be available for streaming on Disney+ for the audience worldwide.
