Castaway Diva Overview
Castaway Diva (무인도의 디바) is a Korean rom-com that tells the story of a woman stranded on an island for 15 years and how she comes back into society and tries to pursue her dream to be an idol. Directed by Oh Choong-hwan, the drama stars Park Eun-bin, Kim Hyo-jin, Chae Jong-hyeop, Cha Hak-yeon, Kim Joo-heon, and Lee Re, alongside other cast members.
The Kdrama tells the story of Seo Mok-ha who dreams of becoming a singer, however, an incident leaves her stranded on a deserted island where she survives for 15 years. Now, she is finally rescued, but times have changed and circumstances make achieving her dream challenging. Will she be able to become a singer and get her stage?
Castaway Diva takes over tvN’s Saturday-Sunday 9:20 PM KST timeslot previously held by Arthdal Chronicles season 2.

Castaway Diva Episode 10 Prediction
Woo-hak arrives on time to save the women at home and Bong-wan identifies his elder son. However, a new hurdle arrives when the real Kang family are brought out of the reservoir. Meanwhile, Ran-joo tells Mok-ha that she will produce her album if she cuts all ties with Bo-geol. However, while the Kang family is surrounded by troubles, will Mok-ha really be able to leave them?
Elsewhere, Bong-wan is determined to make sure Mok-ha is also pulled into this mess, unaware that there are people trying to keep her far away from this mess.
Castaway Diva Episode 9 Recap
Bo-geol meets his father Bong-wan and as expected, becomes the victim of his abuse which is recorded by him as proof so that he never comes behind his family and Mok-ha. However, Bong-wan is not ready to give up and finds Bo-geol’s fingerprints on a can which he uses to make his friend look into a probable identity theft case.
Meanwhile, Mok-ha understands that Ran-joo has previously given her all in helping a singer with the potential to shine on stage, but when he gave up midway due to his age and first failure, Mok-ha’s actions reminded Ran-joo of this past. Mok-ha decides to look for a new way when she comes across an injured Bo-geol and worried Woo-hak.
They find out about Bo-geol’s actions and how he did it in order to keep them safe. However, after Woo-hak leaves, Bo-geol shares his fears with Mok-ha who then assures him that he will not have to face the man again. Meanwhile, Sang-doo has overheard their conversation and is now determined to keep his family safe.
The next day, Mok-ha is ready to make Ran-joo feel her sincerity and joins RJ Entertainment. She begins to look for a song for her upcoming showcase through the archived files and finds one which is suitable. However, she soon finds out that it belongs to Yong-gwan and he is not ready to give her permission to use it.
However, Mok-ha is not ready to give up and works on improvising the song before presenting it to Yong-gwan, who is finally moved by her sincerity. Ran-joo also helps improvise the song further from behind the scenes when Bo-geol arrives to her as Ki-ho and a new request.
Soon, Mok-ha presents the song in front of the decision-makers and is able to charm them with her voice. Ran-joo tells Seo-joon that she will be producing Mok-ha’s album as a condition for her termination. Elsewhere, Woo-hak finds out that Bong-wan was the one who planted the hornets in Dae-woong’s car and reports him to the police.
While everything seems to be going well, a car is slowly re-surfacing with secrets that will shock everyone.
