Revenge of Others (3인칭 복수) is a Korean drama-thriller series that brings out the sister’s desperation to find out the truth of her brother’s so-called suicide. Directed by Kim Yoo-jin, the Korean series stars Shin Ye-eun, Lomon, Seo Ji-hoon, Chae Sang-woo, Lee Soo-min, and Jung Soo-bin, alongside other cast members.
The 12 episodes show premiered on November 9, 2022, and releases 2 new episodes every week on Wednesday at 1:30 PM IST on Disney+. Revenge of Others episode 8 has a run time of 60 minutes.
The synopsis of the show reads:

Revenge of Others episode 8 starts off with Soo-heon informing Chan-mi about O-sung’s ringtone and how he must have been the one who called her. This makes Chan-mi want to rush up to O-sung and question him but Soo-heon stops her on time and tells her to investigate first.
On the other hand, Jae-beum tricks O-sung and finds out that the relationship between him and Won-seok may have been something deeper and different than what he thought. Later, Soo-heon wants to give Chan-mi something and so the latter asks for his red shoelace.
Unknown to her that the shoelace belonged to Soo-heon’s mother that he wore to make up for all the walks his mother has been missing out on. The next day, he gifts her the red shoelace and asks her to never throw them and take them to all the beautiful places she goes to.

Elsewhere, the police finally have a lead as the receipt left at the crime scene could help them find the culprit. Detective Hyun Jong-kook finds a clue at a study cafe, however, what he finds is an unbelievable secret.
Later, Chan-mi and Soo-heon decide to check O-sung’s phone log to find out if he made the call and take A-jung and So-yeon’s help in getting their hands on his phone. Soo-yeon creates chaos in class as she fights O-sung while A-jung slips the phone and hands it to Soo-heon.
However, Soo-heon finds out that there is no data from 4 days back and that O-sung bought a new phone after he lost his previous one. The timing makes him suspicious, however, he is in even deeper trouble as O-sung finds out that Soo-heon has taken his phone.
Later that day, detective Jong-kook meet O-sung’s father Gi Wang-do and tells him that the receipt found at the crime scene belongs to O-sung. Wang-do asks Jong-kook to hide this matter for some time, however, So-jung finds out about this the very next day.
Elsewhere, Kwon Se-jin tries to attack Soo-heon to get revenge for his friend only to be told that Soo-heon is innocent. He apologises to Chan-mi for thrashing her room but denies cutting the brakes of her bike.
On the other hand, Soo-heon and Chan-mi try to get evidence against O-sung as the former makes his way to the Gi family house with the help of Ji-hyun. Chan-mi asks Jae-beum’s help to meet O-sung so that she can keep him away while Soo-heon searches for clues.

Elsewhere, Min Seon-ha’s father meets So-yeon and asks her to help him out once again in teaching Jung-gyeong a lesson.
Revenge of Others Episode 8 Ending
Revenge of Others episode 8 ends with Ji-hyun bringing Soo-heon home and preparing for the study session, but the latter distracts her and rushes to go through O-sung’s room. However, all he finds are some polaroids while O-sung rushes home after he finds out that Soo-heon is at his house.
He rushes in and fights with Soo-heon but before he can hit him, So-jung enters and arrests O-sung. She then takes him for an investigation while Soo-heon returns home and tells Chan-mi about what happened. But before he can give her a full report, he gets a call about his mother being taken to a hospital.
Another desperate situation hits him as he is told that his mother is on life support and will cost him a huge amount to continue the support. Left with no choice, he asks So-yeon to help him get another job beating up thugs which she rejects on spot. A-jung is unable to see him this way and goes to Min Seon-ha’s father.
Elsewhere, O-sung tells Jung-gyeong that Soo-heon was the one who attacked him and the latter is ready to take his revenge. Soo-heon makes his way to complete his task, unaware that a greater danger may be awaiting him.

Revenge of Others Episode 8 Review
As we slowly make our way to the end, this show only gets better and better as new revelations leave us shocked while the thrilling chase gets our blood pumping fast. And once again, we have another wave of pity flowing for Soo-heon who is destined to a pitiful fate.
Those red shoelaces really made me want to get them myself because they are pretty and will remind me of the wonderful Soo-heon.
I am once again loving how this show brings us more than just Chan-mi’s revenge and Won-seok’s murder case; this show is focusing more on the bullying and the reality of the harsh school life these days. On the other hand, it is also bringing in the power held by people who are able to bully anyone they want.
The mystery is only getting intense and we cannot wait for Jae-beum to get his memories back. He almost seemed like a different person in today’s episode which remains unforgettable until the end.
