This episode starts with Wangnan and Nia bored in their room, deciding to play cards to pass the time. Meanwhile, Love, a ranker and test administrator on the 20th floor, dismisses his superior’s advice to avoid acting on personal grudges against Viole, a member of Fug—a group aiming to overthrow Jahad and his followers. Love is adamant about stopping Viole despite his superior’s warnings.

Elsewhere, a suspicious old woman attempts to lure Miseng, but Akraptor intervenes and saves her. This action reveals Akraptor’s kind heart, despite his intimidating appearance and past underhanded actions. However, his intervention still makes Miseng cry until Wangnan arrives and invites them to join the card game.

As they enjoy the card game, Goseng remarks how wonderful it would be to forget about the tower and live peacefully every day. Their moment of positivity is abruptly interrupted when Love announces to all the Regulars in the middle of the night that it is time for their final test.

This test, known as the “trustworthy room,” is complex. Seven players must secure six rooms, with each room requiring a leader and a gatekeeper. Viole faces a different set of rules due to his previous refusal to comply with the standard regulations.
