-Dr Stone Season 3 Episode 5 Review Contains No Spoilers-
In the latest episode, the Kingdom of Science has finally achieved what they were all working towards: travelling to the other side of the world. However, the task at hand was not as easy as it seemed. Like always, a detailed explanation of each and every intricate process is given abundantly. It makes sure to leave behind no major loopholes, which can lead to the plot’s reduction of the top-tier quality.
However, the main focus of attention in this episode is given to Ryusui. The character’s fans must have missed him, as he had little to no screen time in the last episodes. Needless to say that he is a unique character with different principles which does not conform to the traditional protagonist. He openly admits to being a greedy person, but the quality is not necessarily shown in a negative light. His greediness is disguised as a passion for the things he loves doing, and it drives him to achieve great heights of success.
A small backstory about his life before certification is also included, which gives the audience an idea about his behaviour. Born in a privileged family, he did not sit idle. He efficiently used every resource at his disposal to increase his wealth. Moreover, from the start, he and Francois shared a close relationship with each other. Francois had been the only one who truly understood his intentions which often seemed to be materialistic and self-indulgent.

Considerable amount of fun and emotional moments are shown that give more depth to the characters. The story becomes more complex as the story progresses. One has to pay close attention to the story so that one can have a better understanding of the plot. However, keeping up with the new segments is easy to grasp as the episode progresses at a steady pace.
The animation of the series remains top-notch. The careful detailing and the elaborate design make it a better viewing experience for the viewers. Additionally, the screen stills add extra flare to the plot.
Dr Stone Season 3 Episode 5 Review: Final Thoughts
The show continues to show exciting plot points that keep the audience hooked. With exciting subplots, the anime will damage to keep the audience intrigued the entire time. However, the episodes are moving at an incredibly slow pace which can be slightly difficult to go through for some viewers who are expecting intense fight scenes. Apart from the pacing, the episode has little to no flaws.
