Characters who appeared in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

While fighting Wanda, America Chavez opens a portal transporting her and Doctor Strange to Earth- 838. The two are captured in a glass cell by that universe’s Sorcerer, Supreme Baron Mordo (played by Chiwetel Ejiofor). Rachel McAdams’ Christine Palmer is responsible for looking after the glass cell that has Stephen and America captured. We learn about the Illuminati, which consists of Captain Carter, Black Bolt, Captain Marvel, Reeds Richards, aka Mr Fantastic and Professor X.

On Earth-838, Hayley Atwell is Captain Carter, and Lashana Lynch, Carol Danver’s best friend, is Captain Marvel. We’ve already seen Atwell as Captain Carter in Marvel’s animated show, What If…? It was good to see the actor play the superhero in a live-action film.
