Divorce Attorney Shin (신성한, 이혼) is a Korean courtroom drama series, co-directed by Lee Jae-hoon and Lim Jun-hyuk. The screenplay is written by Yoo Young-ah and it has been adapted from the webtoon of the same name by Kang Tae-kyung, which was published from 10 September 2019 to 31 August 2021 by Kakao.

The drama stars Cho Seung-woo, Han Hye-jin, Kim Sung-kyun, and Jung Moon-sung in the lead roles. Along with Kang Mal-geum, Cha Hwa-yeon, Jeon Bae-soo, Noh Susanna, Han Eun-seong and others.

Netflix describes the series as: Divorce Attorney Shin follows a driven by a personal tragedy, pianist-turned-lawyer who navigates the complex world of divorce — fighting for his clients to win by any means necessary. The K-drama follows Shin Sung-han who majored in piano and became a professor at a music university in Germany.

However, something happens and he is urged to come back to South Korea and starts working on becoming a lawyer. And not just any lawyer but especially a divorce lawyer, due to some reasons that are related to his own life. He is also joined by his childhood friends – Jang Hyeong-geun and Jo Jeong-sik who call themselves 40-year-old youths.

In episode 8 brings Sung-han pondering over the case and he wonders why the wife would want to leave the country. Meanwhile, Hyung-geum and Jung-shik arrive in the countryside to inquire about the couple when the latter sees Yoo-seok and wonders what he was doing there.

Geum-hee creates an opportunity for Gi-yeong to spend time with his uncle only for it to be intruded on by Yeong-joo who takes him away. Later, Sung-han finally finds a way to help his client regain his honour.

The series will stream from 4th March 2023 to 9th April 2023. Episode 8 will release on 26th March at 10:30 PM KST or 08:30 PM IST.

In the preview, Sung-han finally turns the case around and is later seen protecting Seon-jin. Elsewhere, Soo-yeon begins to see Hyung-geum in a new light, however, the latter seems to have messed things up. Meanwhile, Yeong-joo is questioned by her father-in-law due to her recent actions while Geum-hee has something for Sung-han.
