Demon Slayer Season 4 Episode 3 Preview: The 4th season of the much anticipated Demon Slayer is finally here and we are absolutely hyped for it. See when and where you can the 3rd episode below. 

Demon Slayer is a popular manga series created by Koyoharu Gotouge. It was serialized in Weekly Shōnen Jump from February 2016 to May 2020 and later compiled into 23 volumes. 

A film titled Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – To the Hashira Training premiered in Japanese theatres on February 2, 2024. This compilation features scenes from the concluding episode of the Swordsmith Village Arc and an exclusive preview of the first episode from the upcoming Hashira Training Arc. The series has been translated into English by Viz Media and is also available on the Manga Plus platform by Shueisha.

The upcoming season of Demon Slayer will adapt material from the 15th and 16th volumes of the manga, specifically chapters 128–136. Scheduled to debut on May 12, 2024, with a special one-hour episode, it has been licensed by Aniplex of America for streaming on Crunchyroll outside of Asia. 

The season’s opening theme song, “Mugen”, will be performed by My First Story and Hyde. There has been no information regarding the ending theme yet.

Episode 3 of Demon Slayer Season 4 can also be called Episode 3 Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hashira Geiko-hen (鬼滅の刃 柱稽古編).

The story revolves around Tanjiro Kamado, a young teenager who embarks on a journey to become a Demon Slayer after his family is tragically killed and his sister, Nezuko, is transformed into a demon. 

In the new season, Tanjiro and his fellow Demon Slayers embark on a perilous journey to seek guidance from the formidable Stone Hashira, Gyomei Himejima. Determined to prepare themselves for the final battle against the dreaded Muzan Kibutsuji, the Demon Slayers undergo intense training under the watchful eye of the Hashira. As they strive to strengthen their skills and resolve, Muzan relentlessly pursues Nezuko and Ubuyashiki, setting the stage for an intense and decisive showdown between the forces of good and evil.

In Season 4 of Demon Slayer, a rich ensemble of characters takes centre stage. Alongside Tanjiro are his comrades, Zenitsu Agatsuma and Inosuke Hashibira, who contribute significantly to the narrative. Notably, Gyomei Himejima, a distinguished figure within the Demon Slayer Corps, assumes a pivotal role in the unfolding events of this season.
