Vigilante Episode 3 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

Vigilante Episode 3 Preview: Owning the brutal pathway to mete out justice originally denied by the loopholes of law, Nam Joo-hyuk’s Ji-yong leads the new action-thriller South Korean series (비질란테), which is a live-action adaptation of Kim Gyu-sam’s Naver webtoon of the same name. Directed by Choi Jeong-yeol, the K-drama series has been created by Moon Yoo-seok and written for screen by Lee Min-seop. The first two episodes of the show premiered on November 8, 2023, which has now led us straight to the events that will follow in Episode 3 coming ahead.

Studio N’s K-drama production marks Joo-hyuk’s return to the small screen following his 2022 K-drama Twenty-Five Twenty-One with Kim Tae-ri. The new series looks at him switching roles in the night and assuming the titular responsibility as a vigilante out to serve justice by taking matters into his hands, even if it means taking the bloody route.

Vigilante Kdrama Plot

By day, Kim Ji-yong is the perfect model police academy student, but as soon as the night falls, he switches roles and takes over as a dark hero created by society. Taking matters into his hands, he serves justice in his own way, by directly dealing with criminals who’ve otherwise been let off easy by the system. Ji-yong’s actions find their inspiration in the unjust ruling that let off his mother’s killer without any severe consequences 12 years ago.

Vigilante Cast

The main cast of the show includes Nam Joo-hyuk as Kim Ji-yong, Yoo Ji-tae as Jo Heon, Lee Joon-hyuk as Cho Kang-ok and Kim So-jin as Choi Mi-ryeo.

Vigilante Episode 2 Recap

Ms Choi lays down more information on criminals at large through REPO25h’s latest special coverage on the Vigilante to lure the watchful eye closer. As Ji-yong acts on the new leak at hand, police initiates a special investigation to bring in the Vigilante and charge him as a murder. The menacing regional unit leader, Jo Heon, gets attached to the project in his vehement direction of making everyone forget that the Vigilante ever existed. Meanwhile, the public starts regarding Vigilante as the new saviour of the downtrodden.

Vigilante Episode 3 Preview

With Yoo Ji-tae’s Jo Heon being roped in as the regional unit’s “monster” leader, we can expect more trouble to rein in Ji-yong’s morally high, yet unlawful, approach of dealing with criminals who roam around freely without their conscience guiding their steps. From what has been gathered in the past two episodes, Kim So-jin’s Ms Choi will also continue tailing and tracking the Vigilante’s movements and preferences in order to put together an understanding of how his mind works and where that may lead him next.

The next two Vigilante episodes will be exclusively released on Disney+ Hotstar on Wednesday.
