The First Responders Season 2 Episode 6 Ending Explained

In the previous episode, it was concluded that the victim lost her life due to an accident involving the pressure cooker. While she was cooking, the topper came off due to intense pressure and struck her in the head. The instance ended up killing the lady instantly, injuring the internal organs. However, Ho-gae and Pil continued to investigate the case as it did not look as simple as it did. They both looked into other evidence and decided to pursue the criminal.

Was the death of the victim a murder or accidental?

Although the National Forensic Science told that the death was accidental, Ho-gae asked them to review their report. Both Doha and Kang conduct a few experiments to check if they were right about their report. During the experiments, they also invited Ho-gae and Pil to look over. Doha tried out a number of things to prove his theory. After much persistence, the topper of the pressure cooker bursts open, hitting the skeleton on the head.

However, it could only be achieved after the wire was inserted inside the topper beforehand. This concludes that the incident was actually an attempted murder and not an accidental death.
