The fire department is met with another arson case where the people need immediate assistance. The fire truck also catches fire which indicates deeper conspiracies. The First Responders Episode 11 Recap

The episode picks up from where the last one ended. Ho-gae figures out where Hyunseo was kept hostage the entire time. Things soon went south when Ho-gae was framed again for a crime, and his father, the Chief Prosecutor himself, came to arrest him. But due to a few technicalities, they had to let him go. Without wasting even a minute, he went ahead to investigate the whereabouts of Hyunseo.

Back at the hospital, the girl suffers from memory loss and cannot recognise her grandmother. But as soon as she sees Ho-gae, she remembers him and blames him for her plight. Unable to bear the blame, Ho-gae leaves the hospital.

Finally, Ho-gae reaches the location where the victim was held in. The police arrive at the scene and save the girl. The fire department immediately takes her to the hospital for medical assistance. Ho-gae and Song Seol are also getting closer to each other. A newfound relationship develops between them, and the episode ends on that note.
