In the initial episodes of the series, we saw a love triangle forming between Yoong-jae, So-e and So-eun and many of us empathised with So-e and applauded her honesty. While Nadine and Dong-woo seemed to be connecting, everyone was surprised to see him pick Seul-ki to go to paradise with and likewise.

But everything changed with the new entrant on hell island – Kim Jin-young. He certainly stirred up the contestants with his unique charm and was a popular choice among the ladies. He particularly seemed to be connecting with Seul-ki and Nadine, but faced serious competition from Jong-woo who wanted to build a connection with Seul-ki, as well.

While the pairing seemed somewhat predictable yet not confirmed, the finale did bring in surprising elements which nobody expected but definitely. The first and the most rooted couple So-e and Sejun, walked out of the island together and the fans couldn’t be more happy for them. Similarly, Yoong-jae and So-eun didn’t surprise in the end moment and boasted of their strong bond.

Many expected Seul-ki to choose Jin-young but she decided to walk out with Jong-woo instead, who showed his true feeling and waited for her decision, without any pressure. Viewers were however sad to see Nadine and Se-jeong not being chosen by anyone but rooted for their future.
