Queen of Divorce Episode 2 Preview: Queen of Divorce (끝내주는 해결사) is the newest Korean rom-com that is here with some action and excitement like no other. Directed by Park Jin-suk, the drama stars Lee Ji-ah, Kang Ki-young, Kim Sun-young, Oh Min-suk, Lee Tae-goo, and Na Young-hee, alongside other cast members.

The Kdrama tells the story of Kim Sa-ra who was once the daughter-in-law of the biggest law firm in South Korea, however, an unfair divorce leads her to become someone who helps others facing a similar situation. Helping her in this is Dong Ki-joon who was an excellent prosecutor but has now become her business partner and advisory lawyer. They now work together to solve unfair divorce cases, but will this partnership evolve into something else?

Queen of Divorce takes over JTBC’s Wednesday and Thursday 20:50 time slot previously occupied by Destined with You.

Queen of Divorce Episode 1 Recap

Sa-ra is an accomplished lawyer who faces adversities in her personal life due to her mother-in-law and the Chairperson of the law firm she works at, Cha Hee-won. Meanwhile, her husband is also cheating on her, but her mother’s words of support bring out a new Sa-ra. Later, she is brought a case of domestic violence which is not in the favour of her client, but Hee-won lures with permission to call her mother and a seat on the Board of Directors.

Hee-won agrees and puts up a tough fight, but a video of her client getting touchy with Hee-won is exposed and puts her in a tight spot. Meanwhile, she comes across Dogn Ki-joon when the latter is raiding her client’s office. He passes on news of her client’s sexual orientation at the same time when Sa-ra finds out that Hee-won has broken their deal.

She makes a decision soon and helps her client’s wife to win the case. However, her troubles now begin as Hee-won is hell-bent on getting rid of her. Soon, news reports of fake divorce for illicit admission into schools spread and Sa-ra is caught in this due to Hee-won. She is told to serve prison time while receiving the news that she no longer holds custody of her son.

Meanwhile, Yul-seong gets involved in his mistress’ murder which is witnessed by Sa-ra’s mother and she tries to reach out to Ki-joon as he is in charge of the case. However, Yul-seong reaches her first. Meanwhile, Jang-mi meets Sa-ra and gives her an irresistible offer.

Solution finally opens up, while Yul-seong is asked to arrive as a witness in the death of his mistress. Meanwhile, Sa-ra begins to prepare to bring Yul-seong down while a new client approaches her. Sa-ra’s attention is soon caught when her new client tells her about her husband working at Chayul Law Firm which is enough to get Sa-ra fired up with the game.

Queen of Divorce Episode 2 India Release Date and Time

The 12-episode series will stream from January 31, 2024, to March 7, 2024. Episode 2 of the series will stream on February 1 at 8:50 P.M KST.

Lee Ji-ah is back with another spectacular role, but this time it is a rom-com which is different from her recent thriller dramas like The Penthouse and Pandora. Starring alongside her is the Extraordinary Attorney Woo and Uncanny Counter Season 2 star Kang Ki-young.
