Pseudo Harem Episode 3 Review: The third episode of Pseudo Harem again proves that love does exist in real life. Let’s find out how the third episode turned out.

Pseudo Harem Episode 2 Recap

Pseudo Harem Episode 3 Review More Romantic Interactions

Today’s episode was sweeter than ever, filled with more romantic moments that blur the lines between reality and make-believe. It starts with the revelation that Rin has a much younger sister, whom she dotes on lovingly. Eiji feels jealous and wishes he had someone to pamper. Rin indulges him by adorably calling him “oni-chan,” melting his heart.

In the next segment, we witness Rin crying for the first time, a sight that leaves Eiji shocked and almost prompts him to hug her. Eiji reveals his discomfort with seeing a girl cry and tenses up when Rin teases him about it. To cheer her up, he makes funny faces, showcasing his sweet and caring nature.

A standout moment is when Eiji confesses his feelings to Rin. However, it’s not a serious confession but a mock one he practices for Tsundere-chan, hoping to perfect his technique. Unbeknownst to him, Rin has genuinely started to like him. Although she doesn’t openly show it, her actions and treatment of Eiji reveal her growing affection. This practice confession only deepens her feelings for the clueless Eiji.

Despite its simple animation and character designs, this anime excels at making viewers smile. The voice actors deliver phenomenal performances, bringing the scenes to life.

Pseudo Harem Episode 3 Review And Recap

Pseudo Harem Episode 3 Review More Romantic Interactions

Another sweet and feel-good episode of this romcom anime is here. Today’s episode starts with Eiji confidently saying that he has finally cracked the code of becoming popular with ladies. Apparently, now, he can finally talk to girls and have his own harem, a dream that he has been carrying for a very long time. However, this news visibly upsets Rin, who quickly goes into her acting mode and professes her displeasure with the help of her Harem characters. Eiji, not understanding what is happening, tries to make sense of the situation but fails. But we know the reason, and it is definitely because of Rin’s crush on him.

The next segment was again a different story where we see Rin portraying the character of the student council president. She even tries to look the part by doing braids and wearing glasses. This interaction was again very entertaining, and we move on to another segment where our protagonists meet outside of school in their casual clothes for the first time. Even though Rin wants to pretend that she doesn’t know Eiji, he quickly recognises her even from the back.

The discussion about Rin’s hair length is funny and entertaining. In the next segment, we see that Rin has finally become a senior to some of the new students who have joined the theatre club. After that, we find our couple having a good time while watching Eiji’s childhood photos.

From their interaction, you can see that Rin is becoming more open about her feelings towards Eiji than ever before. In this section, she openly admits that she would have liked Eiji even while they were young and when Eiji was more playful.

Verdict

After this, we also get many more interactions between them, and we see them enjoying each other’s time. Even though Rin is quite clear about herself, Eiji is still not very sharp about what is transpiring between them. Hopefully, he will get the hint and start to show his interest in her soon.

I like this episode a lot and have high hopes for future episodes. If you want to watch the new episodes of Pseudo Harem, then visit Crunchyroll.
