Positively Yours Episode 12 Recap

Positively Yours Episode 12 Review
Positively Yours Episode 12 Review: Choi Jin-hyuk, Oh Yeon-seo

This episode begins, and Jeong-eum right off the bat starts to make a scene so that the whole meeting becomes an embarrassing mess. She also manages to blame everyone for her situation, but Hee-won refused to get intimidated by her actions. Chan-gil tells her to come outside so that they can have a chat properly. He just tells her that he feels pity for her as she became desperate enough to cause a scene for no reason. He basically puts her in her place and leaves without listening to her rambling. This makes Jeong-eum even angrier, and then she tries to get ahold of the company board members to discuss the situation again, but fails to do anything.

Hee-won’s mother is also very accepting of her daughter and her future son-in-law, because she finally sees that her daughter is strong enough to take care of herself. Later, Hee-won also spent some very romantic moments with Doo-joon, who promised that he would protect her from now on. In this episode, we also see that Mi-ran and Min-wook are coming together, forming their own bond. Here, Hee-won also talks about the ideal setup she would like to get a proposal. She tells it to her Mi-ran, and she lets Do-joon know about it.

Doo-joon discusses these things with Hee-won’s friends, Mi-ran, and Min-wook to come up with an idea. But the situation of Jeong-eum is not at all great because she is going to go on trial for her deeds. She is also not at all supported by her own daughter. Se-hyeon blames her for how she only thinks about herself and not her. Jeong-eum claims that it is for her that she is doing all these evil things. Se-hyeon finally snaps at her mother and makes her understand how selfish she is.

Weirdly enough, Se-hyeon goes to meet with Hee-won and talks to her about her mother. Later, Doo-joon and Hee-won again strengthen their bond over their shared tragic past. But everything comes to a standstill when Jeong-eum tries to kill Doo-joon and accidentally almost hits her own daughter. Thankfully, nothing really happened to either of them. Jeong-eum finally realises just what she did wrong and comes to Doo-joon to say sorry for everything she did.

After everything, Do-joon finally proposes to Hee-won in a romantic manner at their office, and she obviously says yes. They also kiss, and the proposal truly becomes one of the best I have seen. After that, we go through a time skip, and we see their daughter being born. We also get to see a nice little wedding towards the end. We see the baby’s one-year birthday, where even Jeong-eum visits. But most importantly, we see that Hee-won might be pregnant for a second time.

Positively Yours Episode 12 Review

I absolutely loved this series, even though it was not at all very similar to the webtoon. It was a nice and fun rom-com watch that showed exactly what it promised. It was not very story-heavy, but at the same time, it was cute with lots of chemistry between the two leads.
