Hello Me is a South Korean TV series starring Kim Young-kwang, Choi Kang-hee, Eum Moon-seok and Kim Yoo-mi. The series is based on the 2011 novel Fantastic Girl by Kim Hye-jung. Hello Me episode 7 is directed by Lee Hyeon-Suk.
Hello Me episode 7 recap
Hello Me episode 7 has a lot of moving parts and for the most part, it’s an ok story that’s not too funny or interesting. However, it’s crazy for the most part and does what it can to entertain the audience.
So, after last episode, Hello Me episode 7 has Yu-hyeon carry Ha-ni back home. Scarlett is obviously unhappy to see the arrangement although I am not sure why. She doesn’t know Yu-hyeon although he looks decent enough, it wouldn’t hurt to give him a chance. Anyway, she’s absolutely against him hitting on Ha-ni. Meanwhile, the latter pukes on Yu-hyeon and he later starts talking to Scarlett about how he knows Ha-ni.
On the other hand, Yu-hyeon and Anthony’s relationship is also further explored in the sense that they continue to bicker like children and fight on the street (almost). It’s supposed to be a funny and entertaining moment, but just turns annoying after a while. As you can guess, two grown men bickering like children isn’t really a good look. Yu-hyeon and Anthony, moreover, also bicker about Ha-ni and I figure that they’re gonna fight for her attention in later episodes.
Anthony, on the other hand, wants his photos back from before his plastic surgery. This turns into a thing where he talks to Ha-ni regarding what Scarlett said and she berates him for offering her money even though she refused earlier. I think this is the time when he starts to feel something for Ha-ni. Later on, Scarlett tells Ha-ni that she did what she did because she did not like the fact that Anthony lived such a lavish life while she did not.
At work, Ha-ni gets into a problem when it is revealed that she threw out the samples that were kept in the office for a taste test. Additionally, their strawberry snacks were also receiving flak in the market so obviously Ha-ni comes to the rescue to save their snacks. Ha-ni convinces the strawberry farmers who had previously refused to work with Joa to reconsider in Hello Me episode 7 and Ji-man is also impressed with what the team has to say. So things work out in that aspect as well and Oh Ji-eun thanks Ha-ni.
There’s also this silly fight between Yu-hyeon and his father and other smaller things throughout the runtime of Hello Me episode 7 but it’s mostly insignificant and does not have much bearing over the episode as a whole.
