Marry My Husband Episode 6 Recap
Jiwon takes Ji-hyeok to the hospital after he faints in front of her house, following which Ji-hyeok drops her home after assuring her that he will not let his feelings create any problems for her. Meanwhile, Su-min’s tricks see light as Min-hwan begins to make a move at her. The next day, Ji-hyeok warns Min-hwan to treat Ji-won better after the stunt he pulled after walking into the office.
Min-hwan heeds his words, but it is also because of the little exchange he had with Su-min the night before. Later, Hyung-wook calls Yu-ran and Ji-won for lunch and instigates Ji-won in a way that gives him a reason to throw her out of the meal-kit project. This makes Ji-won sad as she is unable to stop people from mistreating her.
Later, Ji-hyeok also finds out about what happened and takes Ji-won to the Judo centre where he teaches her some moves and how to flip her opponent. Ji-won soon learns from him and also understands that she needs to get her opponent on the mat before she can face them. With this, she pretends to be submissive to get back on the meal-kit project.
She subtly involves Hyung-wook’s relative Director Wang in the marketing of the meal-kits and waits until the time is ripe to bring Director Wang into the controversy that shocked everyone in her previous life. Soon, the time arrives when the meal kit becomes a hit and Director Wang is going abroad. She calls him up and instigates him which makes him angry and he takes out his anger on the airline staff which is recorded.
News of the same reaches the headlines and he is dismissed while Hyung-wook is called to a discipline committee for stealing Ji-won’s plan. Ji-hyeok informs about the same to the happy Ji-won and notices that she is listening to a BTS song. This begins a conversation about the Kpop group and they say that their favourite songs are BTS’ “Dynamite” and “Spring Day” which makes them realise that they are from the future, as both songs had not yet been released.
