Netflix’s holiday content section is brimming with content to binge on this season as another series, I Hate Christmas or Odio Il Natale, is coming to town this December. On being cornered after listening to their passive-aggressive views on the subject, she feels compelled to concoct a fake boyfriend out of thin air, promising to bring him along for the holiday.

What she hasn’t done in all these years – look for the ‘perfect’ man – now, the impossible mission needs to be accomplished within 24 days. Her friends resort to all sorts of means to fix a date for her with the right guy. Going on a series of unlikely dates, and failing to find a ‘normal’ guy, she’s eventually advised by one of her colleagues to look around the clinic itself for her destined mate.

But, does ‘happily ever after’ even exist for us all to have such blind faith on it? Stay tuned to the Italian rendition of Home For Christmas to find out what version of love Gianna settles down with in the end!

Netflix’s official synopsis of the series reads:

After lying to her family about having a boyfriend, a single nurse begins a desperate search to find a partner by Christmas – which is in 24 days.
