August is preparing for some amazing Korean movies to be released after the release of movies like Alienoid, Hansan: Rising Dragon, and so on taking over July. Among the movies is the action-packed thriller Carter which has finally released in the trailer earlier today. Directed by Jung Byung-gil, the movie stars Joo Won in the lead role along with Lee Sung-jae, Kim Bo-min and other cast members. As the Good Doctor star takes over the challenging role of an agent with no memories of himself, the fans are eagerly waiting for the upcoming movie.
Carter movie trailer shows the beginning of his mission as he is being chased by the CIA and is given the mission to bring a child to North Korea, who is aware that she is a human vaccine for the virus. Being the only one who can solve the mutant virus that is causing chaos everywhere, the little girl is sought after by many powerful forces. The chase is filled with some really good action scenes involving planes, jeeps, helicopters and jumps that almost look impossible are things that every fan of action movies loves.

With more thrilling scenes than dialogues, this trailer has succeeded in capturing the viewers’ attention with the adrenaline rush that Jo Won creates with a little child who seems more mature than she looks. Also, looks like it’s not just the CIA that is behind the agent but everyone who knows that the child is a human vaccine. As fans gather for this action-thriller, the creators of Carter are no less excited for the release as it is Netflix’s first Korean original movie for the second half of this year.

The story of Carter revolves around the agent of the same name who wakes up in a motel room with no recollection of his identity or his past. The only thing he knows is the instructions given by a voice that takes him on a dangerous mission to rescue a girl. If he doesn’t follow through with the orders then there’s only death awaiting this agent. Soon, he is on a run while being chased by the CIA, while the voice tells him that he’s only been told lies till now.
Carter is set to release on August 5, 2022, on Netflix.
