Alchemy of Souls Season 2 Episode 4 Reactions: Fans Feel Heartbroken for Jang Uk As He Cries for Mu-Deok

Alchemy of Souls season 2 episode 4 brought us heartbreak for the swoon-worthy husband that Jang Uk has become as he cries out for Mu-deok. Directed by Park Joon-hwa and starring Lee Jae-wook, Go Yoon-jung, Hwang Min-hyun, Shin Seung-ho, Yoo Jun-sang, Oh Na-ra and Jo Jae-yoon, alongside other cast members, the sequel premiered on tvN on December 10, 2022.

While we may have witnessed Jang Uk stealing our hearts with his perfect husband moments where he is always saving Bu-yeon, today’s episode also saw him shedding tears for the one he loves. His yearning for Mu-deok has never died down and today we see why he never cried for her.

As the strongest yet most vulnerable mage cries for his lost love, we also couldn’t help screaming as he kisses Bu-yeon while she comforts him. On the other hand, Bu-yeon once again becomes everyone’s favourite as she shows her stance at the banquet as a sister and as Jang Uk’s betrothed.

Be it putting Heo Yoon-ok back in her place or supporting her sister, she has done it all and we are loving these moments. Meanwhile, the crown prince and Seo Yul aren’t falling behind as they show their charms throughout the episode, however, the latter’s words today might point towards a certain possibility that is sure to anger us all.

As Seo Yul speaks of his death, fans are not ready to let anything happen to their beloved mage who does not deserve to be hurt. Meanwhile, they are also crying over the deja vu that he has felt today.

Lastly, the very short cameo of Jung So-min has become unforgettable for everyone today as her scenes from season 1 become a farewell to Jang Uk and us all.
