One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 10 Recap
The episode kicks off with Zombie Man squaring up against one of his toughest enemies yet. He enters a strange chamber crawling with monsters, where he crosses paths with Vampire, a powerhouse from the moment he appears. Vampire immediately lunges at Zombie Man and sinks his teeth into him, but the attack does absolutely nothing. Zombie Man holds firm.
Despite getting taken down over and over, Zombie Man’s regeneration turns the tide. He keeps getting back up until he finally tears Vampire apart and finishes him for good. He doesn’t rest after that either, as he cuts through a handful of other monsters as he moves forward.

Meanwhile, Atomic Samurai’s disciples clash with Do-S, but just when things start looking rough, Sweet Mask jumps in. That showdown stands out mainly because it hints that Sweet Mask might be hiding something beneath his idol persona. He ends the fight with a level of cold brutality we haven’t really seen from him before.
Elsewhere, Atomic Samurai’s crew runs into another oddball villain: Malong Hair, who attacks by whipping his hair around like a weapon. Visually, the episode still gets the bare-minimum treatment, nothing flashy or memorable on the animation front, but at this point, One Punch Man fans have been dealing with such a rough production situation that even this feels palatable.
One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 11 Review

This episode begins with the Child Emperor leading Waganma back to safety. The plan is to take him to other heroes who will then deliver him to his father. After that, he lets everyone know how his mission has become a success, and also gets praised by everyone else. However, at first, no other S-ranked hero replied to his message, but slowly started to give their status reports, indicating that they, too, are doing their best in their respective missions. But Child Emperor gets to know that there was another child who got kidnapped, and hence he goes back in to rescue him.
On the other hand, Atomic Samurai faces off against Black Sperm. At first, he looks like a weak villain, but he soon showcases his true self, and it becomes clear that he is a major threat. While fighting, no matter how many times Black Sperm gets cut, he manages to grow more body parts. While this was going on, we see Zombie Man getting ambushed by another very formidable villain.

Thankfully, from here, Saitama enters the scene. Though this part had better animation quality than what we have seen in the entire third season, it is not something very impressive. There are still apparent static shots and still images, but it is what it is. There is only one episode left till the end of this season, and honestly, I just want to get this over with.
Verdict

The franchise of One Punch Man is definitely gone at this point, and it is nothing but a cope for fans to hope for better quality from this series. As the ending is near, the only thing the audience can do is to delude themselves into thinking that the last episode will have great quality, which I believe will not happen.
