Doctor Slump Episode 14 Recap

Following Kyung-min’s demise, Jeong-woo and Ha-neul try to get back to normal in their ways. While Ha-neul struggles to make a decision when she is offered the position of assistant professor at her previous hospital, Jeong-woo struggles to understand his emotions towards Kyung-min.

The two then accompany Ha-neul’s family on a trip to Busan which Jeong-woo soon realises is to visit the grave of her father. He soon keeps his distance, but later when he sees the family talk about him with only happy memories in mind, he questions Wol-seon how long it takes for that to happen.

He finally opens up about his conflicting emotions and Wol-seon tells him to do nothing but take his time henceforth. Forgiveness is to be given when he feels alright and not because he needs to. Jeong-woo finally gets the answers he had been seeking and cries in Wol-seon’s comfort.

Meanwhile, Ha-neul talks to Tae-seon who reminds her of the reason why she chose to become an anesthesiologist. Ha-neul is finally able to overcome her self-doubt and tells Jeong-woo about the offer. Jeong-woo is happy for her and encourages her to go for it. The two finally see the start of a new life.

Elsewhere, Dae-young and Hong-ran are also getting well together but a series of misunderstandings brought about by his colleagues during a dinner with her present, make things hard for Dae-young. Soon, Ha-neul goes back to work while Jeong-woo goes through the miserable wait to meet Ha-neul.

Following the news of Kyung-min’s deeds, Jeong-woo has been given back some of the compensation he had paid. Now, he has decided to take a step forward with Ha-neul and buys a ring to ask her the big question.
