Series Overview

The Golden Spoon (금수저) is a drama-thriller TV series directed by Song Hyun-wook and stars Yook Sung-jae, Lee Jong-won, Jung Chae-yeon, Yeon Woo and Choi Dae-chul, alongside other cast members.

The series takes over MBC’s Friday-Saturday 10 PM KST timeslot, previously occupied by Big Mouth. The series is based on the webcoming Geumsujeo by gp04fb on Naver.

Lee Seung-cheon is a poor student whose family isn’t able to afford much. Tired of not being able to enjoy the niceties of life, Seung-cheon meets a mysterious old woman who gives him a mysterious golden spoon. He can use the spoon to switch lives with another person, but he only gets three chances to make up his mid. So, will Seung-cheon choose his own family or give it all away for a life of wealth and luxury?
