Your Place Or Mine is an upcoming romantic comedy premiering on Netflix. Directed and Written by Aline Brosh McKenna, the story revolves around two long-distance best friends, Debbie and Peter. They both swap lives for one life-changing week so Debbie can pursue her lifelong dream.

Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher take up the lead roles in the movie. The rest of the supporting and recurring cast includes Jesse Williams, Tig Notaro, Zoë Chao, Steve Zahn, Wesley Kimmel, Shiri Appleby, Vella Lovell, Mystic Inscho, Ted Griffin, Gloria Calderón Kellett, Lavinia Postolache, Duncan Calladine and more. Florian Ballhaus is the cinematographer, and the music is given by Siddhartha Khosla.

The two-minute and forty-eight-second-long trailer gives us an overview of what the movie will be about. Peter and Debbie have been friends for over 20 years, and it is still going strong. In a conversation, they look back at how they first met and wonder how they have maintained the relationship for so long.

Debbie is a single mother who has sacrificed most of her life for her beloved son. Peter offers help to look after the teen so she can have a week to herself and pursue her dreams. However, it is not an easy task to take care of a teenager, but Peter manages to create a healthy bond with the child.

Meanwhile, Debbie, for the first time in her life, is free and ready to explore the world. She reaches New York and meets up with her long-time old friend. Eventually, she also encounters a man in a bar and develops feelings for him. Things soon start to get complicated thereafter.

Peter realises that he still has feelings for his best friend but finds it impossible to express them. Debbie, on the other hand, is completely unaware of the situation until she finds some hidden photographs in his apartment that makes her question things. Their relationship further gets more complicated as time passes by.

The viewers are extremely excited to watch two of their favourite actors on screen together. The movie looks promising, and it will be interesting to witness Netflix’s take on a modern rom-com story.
