Wind Breaker is a manga series from Japan that was written and illustrated by Satoru Nii. It first appeared on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket manga website in January 2021. As of March 2024, the series has been collected into sixteen tankōbon volumes. An anime TV series adaptation produced by CloverWorks is scheduled to debut in April 2024.

The director of the anime is Akai Toshifumi, and Fukushima Yuuichi is the producer. Toshifumi previously directed Fate/Grand Order: Shuukyoku Tokuiten – Kani Jikan Shinden Solomon, Fate/Grand Order: Zettai Majuu Sensen Babylonia, etc.

The opening song of Wind Breaker will be Zettai Reido (絶対零度)” by Natori (なとり), and the ending theme is Muteki (無敵)” by Young Kee.

Win Breaker is a thrilling manga series that became popular after it was first published in January 2021 on Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket manga website. Created by the talented Satoru Nii, the manga has since garnered a lot of attention in the manga world. In fact, it was recognized in the 2021 Next Manga Award for web manga, where it secured a respectable 20th place. Moreover, at AnimeJapan 2022, it ranked ninth in a survey asking which manga people would most like to see adapted into an anime. As of March 2022, the manga has sold over 1.22 million copies in both digital and print formats, a remarkable accomplishment that speaks about its growing fanbase.

However, Haruka isn’t interested in being a hero or making friends. He just wants to be the best fighter around!
