Warrior Nun Season 2 returns this November after the first season’s debut in July 2020. The much-anticipated sequel of the supernatural drama series based on the American manga-fied comic book character created by Ben Dunn is set to make its comeback after two long years.

The show created by Simon Barry was renewed for the next season soon after the first season’s premiere and fans have had only good things to say about it despite critics declaring it as a majorly generic project. Reviving memories of shows like Veronica Mars, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and other such precedents, the series has however find its own footing in the spectacular performances delivered by its cast. Here’s all that we need to know about the upcoming second season.

Led by Alba Baptista as Ava Silva, the series will also witness the return of Toya Turner as Sister Mary or Shotgun Mary, Tristan Ulloa will be playing Father Vincent again and with William Miller’s Adriel now out of the prison. Thekla Reuten as Jillian Salvius, the CEO of ArcTechwill be joined by new comers Richard Clothier, Meena Rayann and Jack Mullarkey along with some other older members like Kristina Tonteri-Young and Lorena Andrea reprising their roles.

Warrior Nun Season 2 Plot/Storyline

As we know it, Adriel has found his way out of the prison and Ava takes it all to her head, blaming herself for it all. With her mind set on making the necessary amends, she discovers the telltale signs of a weapon having been used by the first of the Warrior Nuns to capture him.

Despite the claims that no one has ever defeated Adriel before, Ava is looking forward to making history. The action -packed trailer of the new season leads with its signature saying – “Evil doesn’t have a prayer”.

After waking up in a morgue, an orphaned teen discovers she now possesses superpowers as the chosen Halo-Bearer for a secret sect of demon-hunting nuns.
