VisionQuest Episodes 3 and 4 Review on X: Who Steals the Spotlight And Who Gets the Due According to X?

VisionQuest Episodes 3 and 4 Review on X: Marvel’s latest episodes have viewers talking about Vision and Tommy Maximoff, the show’s unsettling turns, and Ultron’s return on X (formerly Twitter). While some fans call this the strongest stretch of the season by far, some feel that the storytelling is struggling to keep up with the ideas.

VisionQuest Episodes 3 and 4 have brought in some enthusiastic reactions, particularly around Tommy’s growing role in the story and the return of Ultron, but the response is of course not unanimous. While some users are connecting with the show’s emotional and technological ideas, others believe the execution occasionally gets in its own way.

VisionQuest Episodes 3 and 4 Review on X: The Father-Son Dynamics

The latest episodes seem to have reactions about the relationship between Vision and Tommy, rather than the larger superhero premise around them. X user @delinthecity_ called the episodes the best of the season by far, specifically crediting Vision and his son, Tommy Maximoff, writing, “Episodes 3 and 4 are the best of the season so far, and it’s because of Vision and his son, Tommy Maximoff/Thomas Shepherd… The last time Vision saw Tommy, he was a young boy. Now he’s practically a grown man”, further adding details of what makes the relationship work for the user, also adding that it should have come out for “Father’s Day”.

Another user, @RuthlessF44, also praised the episodes as a great step forward after the show’s introduction, writing, “great step forward into the show after a great intro last week. Tommy getting to be in the spotlight more.” While user @IndraWithAPen described Episode 3 as their happy place, writing, “Episode 3 was like my happy place and ep 4 got real very quick ts is so good”.

Ultron’s Return Has Fans Talking

Ultron’s presence is giving the users yet another reason to stay invested, particularly those who have believed that the character deserved more. For user @Gabriel74057920, whose post was translated from Portuguese, Episode 4 deserved a 9.5 rating. The user praised the episode’s exploration of computing and technology, writing, “It’s the pinnacle of those incredible insights into computing and technology, and on top of that, it improves something many thought impossible: Ultron. He was a wasted villain; I think Marvel is trying to fix that.”

X user @RuthlessF44 highlighted Ultron’s role in the episodes, writing, “The threats they face now and seeing Ultron do what he does best especially end of episode 4. Also background on Ais was cool.”

According to @Rebel0Reality, Ultron recognises Vision’s inability to provide emotionally as a father, writing, “Tommy choosing to latch onto this fantasy Vision has given him because it’s all he has to make sense of his life, and Ultron recognizing Vision’s inability to emotionally provide as a father and using that to take advantage and manipulate him? It’s so toxic, yet beautiful at the same time.”

Fans Are Calling the Episodes Beautiful… Terrifyingly Beautiful, But Not Everyone

The visual and emotional impact of the episodes has clearly made an impression, it seems. User @folklorianwitxh described Episodes 3 and 4 as “i finished episodes 3 and 4 and it was terrifyingly beautiful”, while @djtroupe1’s review was rather declaring that it was amazing.

However, for user @@invader_stimTTV, the episode was boring, and they rated the episode 2 out of 5, mentioning the flaws they identified.

The contrast between the enthusiastic reactions and more critical reviews is interesting, as they present both sides, and the difference lies in whether its emotional developments and conceptual ideas are coming together successfully.

VisionQuest Episodes 3 and 4: X Verdict

The response to the episodes on X suggests that the series is beginning to find its most compelling material in the relationships around Vision. For some, the episodes have already become the strongest stretch of the season, while for others they were boring.

Whether the show can bring all the threads together remains to be seen, but between the father-son drama, unsettling developments, and the explorations fans wish to see, VisionQuest has certainly given viewers something to keep talking about this week.
