Helluva Boss Season 3 Episodes 4, 5 Review on X: Fans Praise Episode 4, But Do Not Seem Happy With the Next

Helluva Boss Season 3 Episodes 4, 5 Review on X: The episodes have left the fans emotionally wrecked, with Episode 4 earning praise for Stolitz’s conversation while Episode 5 has viewers questioning where the story is headed next. Helluva Boss Season 3 has got X (formerly Twitter) talking, and the reactions seem to be proving that Stolitz fans are going through it now.

The latest episodes have sparked an interesting divide on X; while Episode 4 is being celebrated for finally addressing the mess between Blitzo and Stolas, Episode 5 seems to have left viewers frustrated with its ending. Some are calling the fourth episode a standout, while others feel that its fifth episode undermines the emotional progress.

Helluva Boss Season 3 Episodes 4, 5 Review on X: Ep 4 Is Being Praised

For a relationship that has kept the fans discussing the misunderstandings, emotional baggage and the questionable decisions for years, an actual conversation was long overdue, it seems, and Episode 4 seems to have delivered precisely that. X user @Miyakuli wrote, “Can’t believe in two episodes I got the thing I desired the most (THE TALK)”, praising the fact that the characters finally got the chance to talk.

Another user, @OtterInSpace, seemed equally enthusiastic, calling Episodes 4 and 5 great but singling out Episode 4, writing, “Especially episode 4. It was like a completely different writing team from 1 and 3, pretty much every single line was really damn funny.”

Further, user @ZidaneMina also praised Episode 4 for its balance of drama and comedy writing, “Loved episode 4 of Helluva Boss. Excelente balance of Drama and Comedy.” According to the early reactions on X, the fans largely seem rather happy with the fourth episode.

Episode 5 Has Fans Questioning Whether Progress Was Worth It

It appears as if the episode has taken the emotional satisfaction of the previous episode for another ride. For user @SoniaStrummFan, Episode 4 was very well executed and felt necessary, but Episode 5 left them floored, writing, “…episode 4 was very well executed. That episode needed to happen. Episode 5, however, left me a bit floored. It kind of undermined the previous episode. The season isn’t through yet, though, so we’ll see what happens.”

Another user, @Miyakuli, had a similar frustration, writing in a very straightforward manner, “Can’t believe in two episodes I got the thing I desired the most (THE TALK) but the end of ep5 represents all I hate………….”

Meanwhile, @ZidaneMina called Episode 5 good until its ending, describing the treatment of Blitzo as “Episode 5 good, until the very ending. It’s still an humiliation ritual for Blitzo.” Despite the criticism, the user praised Vassago as “Vassago it’s actually a dream to Stolas. This is actual drama.

A similar conflict appeared in the post by @Night_Childe25, who described their experience as an emotional rollercoaster and admitted to liking Vassago, writing, “Emotional rollercoaster and I don’t like where this is going but I actually like Vassago, damn it. I didn’t want to! I didn’t want to both want and not want where this is going! Team Stolitz”.

Fans Are Split, But Episode 4 Seems to Be Standing Out

Not everyone is entirely upset with Episode 5. User @cnm_playz summed up their response simply as, “helluva szn 3 episode 4 was cinema, episode 5 was alright”.

The reactions on X seem to be largely praising Episode 4, while Episode 5 has received a more mixed response, with its ending becoming the biggest point of contention. Even the less enthusiastic reactions have not really dismissed everything outright. User @JamesSpect still found funny moments in Episode 4, though they do not seem to fully appreciate the episode, while @Livia_artt’s reaction to the latest episodes mentions that the episode feels endless, writing, “I’m crying… why this episode it’s so endlesssss???”

The reactions seem to be providing a rather wide range of responses for two episodes released together, from some viewers celebrating to some being let down.

X Verdict: The Conversation Was Worth It, But Now What?

The strongest takeaway from these reactions seems to be that Episode 4 gave many fans something they had been waiting for, while Episode 5 left them unsure about what that moment will ultimately mean. For now, viewers seem willing to wait and see. Even the frustrated reactions seem to be leaving space for the remaining episodes to change the conversation, which is probably a telling part.

Helluva Boss has managed to give its fans a talking point and then leave them arguing over what comes next. Going by the reactions on X, Episode 4 seems to have won a sizeable portion of the fandom, but Episode 5 does not seem to have settled well.
