The First Responders Finale: When is it Releasing? Will Jin Ho-gae Be Reinstated as a Detective?

Fans of the show are eagerly waiting for The First Responders Finale episode, which is the twelfth episode of Part 1. The series (소방서 옆 경찰서) is an emergency thriller drama that premiered on SBS TV on November 12, 2022. Directed by Shin Kyung Soo and written by Min Ji Eun, eleven episodes of the series have been released. to find the answers to the looming questions.

Starring Kim Rae-won as Jin Ho-gae, Son Ho-jun as Bong Do-jin, and Gong Seung-yeon as Song Seol, the series centres around a hot-headed, stubborn police officer who follows unconventional ways to solve various impossible cases. Along with two firefighters, Bong Do-jin and Song Seol, the trio assists and cooperates to save innocent victims and bring them justice.

The series takes over SBS’s Friday-Saturday 10 PM KST timeslot previously occupied by One Dollar Lawyer.

The First Responders Finale Episode Predictions

During episode 11 of the series, Ho-gae successfully rescues Hyunseo from the kidnapper who had kept her trapped in an enclosed space for over seven years. But a happy ending was nowhere near as the victim suffers from short-term memory loss due to her trauma. She cannot come to terms with the fact that her father passed away and broke down hysterically. But somehow, she still remembers the detective and blames him for her sufferings and plight. Ho-gae also keeps his word and hands in his resignation.

However, Ho-gae and Song Seol seem to grow closer to each other. It is expected that we will see more of the blooming romance in the next episode. But it will not be easy as Bong Do-jin also displays feelings for Song Seol, and the story might end up as a tragic love triangle.

Furthermore, the fire department may face difficulty solving a crisis without Ho-gae’s expertise. It is possible that a case is thrown their way deliberately to make the former officer’s and the department’s lives difficult. Ma Tae-hwa will most likely try to cause tensions between the Chief Prosecutor and Ho-gae, in order to break the officer’s spirit.

But the possible outcome of the next episode is that Ho-gae is exonerated of his crimes and returns to work as an officer of the law. The broken relationship between the father and son might also heal. Hyunseo might get her memory back and forgive Ho-gae for his ignorance in the past. A possible cliffhanger for the second part is expected.

The First Responders Finale Episode Release Date

The final episode of Part 1 of the series will air on Friday, December 30, 2022, on SBS and also on Disney+ Hotstar for a wider audience. Part 2 of the series, which will also consist of 12 episodes in total, will premiere in 2023.
