Strong Girl Nam-soon Episode 9 Preview: The famous hit South Korean drama Strong Woman Do Bong-soon (힘쎈여자 도봉순) spin-off series Strong Girl Nam-soon (힘쎈여자 강남순) of the is directed by Kim Jung-Sik and written by Baek Mi-Kyeong. Starring Lee Yoo-mi, Kim Jung-eun, Kim Hae-sook, Ong Seong-wu and Byeon Woo-seok in the lead roles, the series will follow a young girl named Nam-soon and her immense strength being used for the good. The series is produced by JTBC and is distributed by Netflix.

The series takes up the story of Bong-soon’s sixth cousin, Kang Nam-soon (Lee Yoo-mi) who has similar strength to her cousin. After getting lost in Magnolia, Nam-soon returns to South Korea to find her family. She successfully finds her mother (Kim Jung-eun) and grandmother (Kim Hae-sook) but little does she know, the trio are in for a big treat.

Lee Yoo-mi made it big after her pivotal role in Squid Game (2021). She was last seen in All of Us Are Dead (2022). Kim Jung-eun’s last ventures are Missing: The Other Side (2020-2023) and DNA Mate (since 2022). Kim Hae-sook’s latest work was Revenant (2023). Speaking of Ong Seong-wu, he was last seen in the movie Starlight Falls (2023) while Byeon Woo-seok’s latest project was Soulmate (2023).

Netflix describes the series as: “Gifted with superhuman strength, a young woman returns to Korea to find her birth family — only to be entangled in a drug case that could test her power.” After finding her mother and grandmother, Nam-soon gets into a big drug case along with her family and two young men. Will all of them resist the battle and end the war or succumb to it? With whom will Nam-soon develop a beautiful relationship?

Strong Girl Nam-soon Episode 9 Indian Release Date and Time

The South Korean TV series episodes will air from October 7, 2023, each with a runtime of 70 minutes. Episode 9 of the series will air on November 4 on Netflix at 8:30 pm.

Strong Girl Nam-soon Episode 9 Prediction

Geum-ju’s father will arrive causing a major issue between Joong-gan and Jun-hee. More details about Song Bread will be revealed, hinting at a dangerous business he is involved in. Nam-soon will get closer to Shi-o and he will fall in love with her not because he likes her but because he believes her strength will be an asset to his missions. He will make her work on behalf of him and gather information. Meanwhile, Hee-sik will worry about Nam-soon’s safety because any minute Shi-o might find the truth about her and harm her.

Info regarding his purpose behind the drug will be revealed a bit. Dong-suk will involve in drugs and change into an animal slowly (not literally). Nam-in will start to starve himself causing his family to worry about him. His health condition will worsen raising concern. Hee-sik and Nam-soon will get more closer, even confess their feelings to each other.

In this episode, Nam-soon gains Shi-o’s trust by passing a strength test. Geum-ju, on the other hand, follows a GPS and unexpectedly engages in a conversation with bike club riders. Jun-hee and Joong-gan get closer, and she shares the backstory of how her daughter, Geum-ju, became wealthy.

Nam-in picks up the mysterious card given to him, and wires money to the number mentioned there to receive another pill. Nam-soon updates Hee-sik about her interaction with Shi-o. She then learns about her co-worker’s death.

Nam-soon informs Shi-o about her co-worker’s death, and he reacts angrily due to concerns about his company’s reputation. That night, Hee-sik comforts Nam-soon, and their conversation takes a romantic turn as she boldly asks him out. The next day, Geum-ju becomes more suspicious of Song Bread’s mysterious activities.

Nam-soon joins Shi-o at the Heritage Club, and she is entrusted with important tasks. Marie Kim tests Nam-soon’s resilience, leading to a tense moment. Hee-sik rushes to the club but is partially noticed by Shi-o. Nam-soon successfully completes her mission and plans to gather more information about Shi-o.

She disguises herself as a ghost and infiltrates the Doogo company to steal Shi-o’s desktop. Geum-ju becomes more curious about Song Bread after seeing his picture in Shi-o’s photos. Meanwhile, Nam-in continues to consume the pills, believing they will help him lose weight.

The episode ends with Dong-suk meeting Shi-o’s main drug source, and Jun-hee proposes to Joong-gan. Geum-ju receives a call from her father, who is now in Korea.
