Silo Episode 5 Recap

While investigating the murder of Deputy Marnes, Juliette revisits Patrick Kennedy’s house as he was the one who openly threatened him, the other day. While he is not at home, she sneaks in & finds Mayor Jahns sketch and rat poison hidden in the cupboard. Since his wife has been dead for a while, it was unusual for women’s clothing to be found there as they have to dispose of all the unused items. Thus she seeks out Patrick at his work & realises he lives somewhere else.

She then pretends to arrest Patrick and waits in front of his old residence to see who shows up. As expected Doug Trumbull from Judicial comes to his door to arrest him before Juliette and thus she realises that he was the one who tries to plant the fake evidence to frame Patrick. On the other hand, Sims reveal that there is something hidden behind the Janitorial office and he will do anything to keep it a secret, leading him to throw Doug off the rails. Lukas also shares with Nichold how there are extra lights in the night sky, which appear like a pattern, meaning the outside world showed to them might not be all true.
