Sidharth Malhotra Reveals How He Got Into Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe

Sidharth Malhotra is entering the much-loved cop universe of Rohit Shetty and it has created massive excitement globally. The highly anticipated web series Indian Police Force will have Sidharth Malhotra in a stunning cop avatar. After Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Akshay Kumar, Sidharth Malhotra is the fourth actor to star in his film which revolves around the Cop world/universe.

Recently on Koffee With Karan, Sidharth Malhotra shared his journey of joining Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. When asked in a rapid-fire round, one director you don’t mind calling up and asking for a role, Sidharth mentioned how he reached out to Rohit Shetty to discuss working together. The actor shared, ‘Well, I did call up Rohit Shetty. Today we are working together.’.

We are all waiting with batting eyes to see the magic the dynamic duo Rohit Shetty and Sidharth Malhotra will be creating with the Indian Police Force. The film will definitely show the actor in a completely new light, which we haven’t seen before.

On his appearance on Koffee With Karan Season 7, he was asked the question about proving his mettle as an actor, while Shershaah might have been the tipping point of that, his upcoming releases will surely follow along the same lines.

Indian Police Force web series will also mark the filmmaker, Rohit Shetty’s debut on the OTT platform, as it will be released on Amazon Prime Video. The series is set to have at least 8 episodes. The actor has been actively treating his fans on Instagram with the content from the sets and behind the scenes.
