She Hulk: Fans React to Megan Thee Stallion Starring in the MCU TV Series

She Hulk: Attorney at Law has been doing fairly well when it comes to Marvel TV series. However, a piece of new news has stirred up quite some conversation surrounding the MCU series. American rapper Megan Thee Stallion has recently been confirmed as a cast member for the show and fans are taken aback.

Created by Jessica Gao, She Hulk is based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name and is the eighth show in the MCU. It stars Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters / She-Hulk, along with Jameela Jamil, Ginger Gonzaga, Mark Ruffalo, Josh Segarra, Mark Linn-Baker, Tess Malis Kincaid, Tim Roth, Jon Bass, Renée Elise Goldsberry, Benedict Wong and Charlie Cox. The story revolves around the lawyer Jennifer Walters, who covers cases around superhumans turning into one herself.

The lighthearted tone and the lead performers for the series have been getting quite some appreciation. However, Megan Thee Stallion joining the cast seemed to have swayed the boat a little. Prior to this Harry Styles is a singer who has been a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe after he featured as Eros in the 2021 film Eternals. People are happy with Stallion’s entry into the world of acting but, there are people who question Marvel’s intention of bringing in big names to the franchise just for the sake of it.

One of the viewers wrote, “I don’t care too much for artist to switch careers ie; singing to acting, acting to sports etc but wtf is Megan Thee Stallion gonna do in Incredible She-Hulk and Bring It On can she actually act or is she just doing a pop in pop up type scene.” Meanwhile, someone else wrote, “Yeah!! I’m excited. I think she might just be playing herself, but we’ll see.” Let us look at some other reactions here!
