The new thriller drama series Shards of Her explores the painstaking events in the life of a corporate recruiter after she suffers from terrible amnesia. The Taiwanese Drama falls under the category of a mystery thriller and is directed by Li Cho, and written by Yu-Fang Wen. It will have an average running time of forty to sixty minutes.

The cast of the emotional drama includes Hsu Wei-Ning, Toby Lee, Alyssa Chia, Wu Kang-ren, Patty Lee, Wen Chen-ling, Yu Tzu-yu, Chen Yi-wen, Ding Ning, Yi Cheng, Jake Hsu, George Hu, Puff Kuo, JC Lin and Hsueh Shih-ling. The show will be primarily available in Taiwanese, with English subtitles.

The plot of the drama series revolves around a successful headhunter, who wakes up from a long coma and finds herself amidst a completely different reality. The emotionally drained protagonist is faced with a double identity situation, where apart from dealing with the magnitude of present events, she also has to relive the traumatic memories of her past.

The official trailer gives us a detailed look into the painful incidents of her childhood, which often overtake the current reality of life and push her to delicate extremes. The drama also features several other characters linked to the troubled protagonist, each of which has a different role to play.

Some of the characters support our protagonist in her constant battle with dual life. While others end up recreating the horrors of her past. Moreover, the entire series follows a trajectory of coming to terms with our past, in order to improve our future. The series will also feature subplots of blackmailing, harassing, and mystery along with the central theme.

Shards of Her Trailer and Release Date
