Physical 100 Episodes 5 and 6 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

Physical 100 (피지컬: 100) is Netflix’s first Korean reality game show where 100 fitness freaks will compete with each other to win the grand prize of 300 million Korean won. The contestants’ diversity, from Army officials to YouTubers, intrigued the viewers and successfully, 4 episodes have earned the deserved reputation. Physical 100 bags the title of “Squid Game in Real Life” due to its unexpected quests that are highly vigorous. All 100 contestants will have to take up the challenges posed to them and only the best will proceed to the next round. The notable aspect is that right in the first quest, 50 participants will be eliminated, meaning in the upcoming missions, the elimination percentage will be 50%. Who will win season 1? Will the remaining quests put the contestants’ power to the worst?

Physical 100 Plot

The official Netflix description of the show reads, “One hundred contestants in top physical shape compete in a series of gruelling challenges to claim the honour — and cash reward — as the last one standing.”

There are 100 contestants, and some of the notable members are Cha Hyun-seung, Choo Sung-hoon, Ovan, Kang Han, Yang Hak-seon, Miracle, Yun Sung-bin, Ye-hyun, Ma Sun-ho, Jang Eun-sil, Jo Jin-hyeong, Shin Dong-guk, Dustin Nippert, Lee Dae-won, Chun-ri, Hong Boem-seok, Choi Hyun-mi, Tarzan, Kkang Mi, Kim Sang-wook, BBulkup, Florian, Austin Kang, Dawon, Agent H and Shin Bomire.

There are 9 episodes in total, and two episodes will be released every Tuesday. The 9th episode will premiere individually.

Physical 100 Episodes 5 and 6 Release Date and Time

The reality game show premiered on January 24, 2023, and the last episode will air on February 21, 2023. Episodes 5 and 6 will be released on February 7, 2023, at 1.30 pm IST / 3 am ET.

Physical 100 Episode 5 Prediction

Two national wrestlers combat each other with their teams in Quest 2. As the match has already finished, the result alone has to be known. Jang Eun-Sil’s team might win as they were shown carrying many sandbags compared to the other team. Apart from the result, the episode will continue with the other teams combating in quest 2.

Physical 100 Episode 6 Prediction

Mostly, Quest 2 will still continue with the final teams participating. Once the final 25 participants are selected, they will be introduced to their Quest 3, a group match or an individual game. The elimination might once again be 50% in the 3rd quest.

Physical 100 Episode 3 Recap

Episode 3 continued the first mission, where all 50 pairs must fight one on one to proceed to the next level. The fight for the ball in both Arenas A and B was merciless. Regardless of gender, the contestants vehemently fought to succeed somehow. The third episode ended with a cliffhanger showing Choo Sung-hoon and Dong-guk’s match.

Physical 100 Episode 4 Recap

Choo Sung-hoon won the match against Dong-guk, and both of them bid a positive farewell to each other. The remaining pairs continued the ball match, and the 50 remaining participants were selected. All 50 contestants were given some leisure time to eat and work out before moving on to quest 2. For the next mission, the participants were asked to vote for a group leader and from the given votes, 10 contestants were chosen as leaders.

Then the contestants were asked to pick a team; however, the leader made the final decision. Once the 10 groups were formed, the first match started with Jang Eun-Sil and Nam Kyung-Jin. The episode ended with a cliffhanger, and the result of the winning team will be known in Episode 5.
