Physical 100 Episode 7 wraps up the allied group quest, and the result can be saddening. However, when the next quest’s criteria were announced, the contestants’ started to lose their cool. – Physical 100 Episode 7 Review Contains No Spoilers –
The 7th episode starts off with contestants expressing their opinion on Jang Eun-sil’s team. Since the 3rd quest requires strength, most of the contestants pointed out how her team included women and men who were weak. Hearing these statements from co-contestants will disappoint viewers because how misogynistic can people be? If their statements are scripted, it’s even more terrible.

When Jang Eun-sil’s team entered the mission set, they all seemed nervous. However, with Eun-sil’s amazing leadership, every contestant did their work perfectly. The women carried barrels effortlessly. After the team finished the match, all 30 contestants came to the main hall. The announcer announced the first winning team before announcing the team that failed. The eliminated team shared their heartfelt messages, and the torso sculptures were broken.

It is pretty sad to see excellent contestants leaving the show soon. If they’re given missions according to their strengths, they’ll be real stars. After that, the remaining 20 contestants move to the resting area. Over there, they all share their thoughts on what would be the 4th quest. Just then, the announcement is made.
The criteria for the fourth quest really will baffle the viewers as much as it did the contestants. Now that they are just one step behind the finale, the semi-final mission marks its hard point. The contestants are given extremely hard missions where they all have to fight to get inside the final match individually.

I really wonder who comes up with the game plans. Everything is splendid: the rules, the art design of the set, and the implementation of mythological aspects. The Physical 100 team really stepped up in their season 1, and God only knows how tenacious season 2 (if it premieres) will be.
We are then introduced to quest 4’s set. All the contestants gather around to witness each match, and they all seem nervous. The episode ends with the contestants preparing themselves for the fourth quest, which we will see in Episode 8.
Physical 100 Episode 7 Final Thoughts

I am personally sad because my favourite team bid farewell. They are indeed super talented, but the quest they faced didn’t sit right with their talents. Apart from this, the next quest’s idea seems promising. The contestants will surely face their worst fears in the upcoming episode.
