My Encounter With Evil: All About Netflix’s Real-Life Evil Possessed Series

Halloween 2022 week is here, and people are looking for scary content to watch. Even though some are scared by horror movies or shows, they still enjoy watching them for the thrills. My Encounter With Evil (2022) series is one such show. It’s a Mexican docuseries that will indeed send chills down the spine. Netflix has ensured that people get enough new content to binge-watch either alone or with their loved ones.

Real-life stories have been a hit on Netflix since last year. The streaming platform made sure to make the most out of releasing more such series. Will this be as good as the serial killer/spooky documentaries we have watched so far? Well, we will find out in a few days.

My Encounter With Evil Plot/Synopsis

Netflix’s official synopsis reads, “Real people who believe their lives were touched by demonic possession recount their experiences through reenactments and testimonies.”

In the trailer, real people share how the evil spirits possessed their loved ones. The possessed person has been someone’s mother or someone’s daughter. They narrate everything that happened, how it affected them and others and how they brought the evil in control.

The series will have footage captured by these people of the possessed person. To give us a clear idea of what happened with the families and how the evil was controlled or gotten rid of, some sequences are enacted by actors. It will also help to give the show a more dramatic and eerie effect.

My Encounter With Evil Cast and Crew

The star cast of the series/names of the people are not yet revealed. Ramiro García Bogliano has written the series for Netflix, and it is directed by Adrián García Bogliano and Carlos Melendez. Andrés Borda is the showrunner and has also worked as the writer for the show.

The horror show will release on Netflix on October 28. There will be a total number of 4 episodes.
