The scene shifts to Taiyo, who is researching the evil organization Tanpopo. He discovers a location he suspects to be their base of operations. Meanwhile, the villains, including the mysterious man from the flashback, are aware of Taiyo’s investigation.

Taiyo then finds himself in the middle of the sea, undergoing a new training regimen with Kyoichiro. Kyoichiro places a bounty on Taiyo’s head and observes the ensuing chaos from a distance. This exercise is not just about training; it’s also because this route is used by Tanpopo for their illegal trade. During the mission, Taiyo faces multiple crises but manages to handle them efficiently, earning a silent nod of approval from Kyoichiro. Kyoichiro then annihilates an enemy submarine and supports Taiyo’s discovery of Tanpopo’s base, encouraging him to pursue this lead.

The challenge now is how Taiyo can infiltrate the heavily guarded base without raising alarms. As the episode progresses, Taiyo reaches the location but encounters a formidable threat beyond his current capabilities. Additionally, the episode reveals the existence of a drug that mimics the properties of Somenine, used by Tanpopo as a doping agent.
