Poisoned Milk and a Conspiracy Against Yi-jun

Seok-jin discovers that the chandelier’s chain was purposely cut and the milk that Yi-jun was about to drink indeed have poison in it. The investigation becomes darker as they notice that Yi-jun is surrounded by threats. Either someone wants to take revenge or shut him down from revealing the truth.

However Na-jung reaches out to Jae-hee for details on Yi-jun and the latter rejects to give it. The episode slowly turns Jae-hee into someone that finally understands that Yi-jun acts harsh to his secretaries to protect them as it is best to distance himself from them so none will cause harm to them. She wonders whether secretary Han mistook his harshness.

Taekang’s Succession Battle

As Jae-hee focuses on Yi-jun’s surroundings, she sees how the corporate world is crumbling. Si-hyun presents Chairman Yoon with a stock purchase agreement stating that Yi-jun must succeed the company. Whereas Na-jung mentions about the missing Park Min-hwan and tells that he went missing so that the truth about Yi-jun’s involvement in Han’s death won’t come out.

As they gather for a family meeting, Chairman Yoon gets mad and tears the agreement. He announces that the heir will be chosen based on who is better at making Taekang dominate other industries. Yi-jun is not surprised by it. He knows his father would ignite a competition.

One Unexpected Kiss Changes Everything

As she is already drunk, she chases after the pet only to trip and fall on Yi-jun. As they both tumble together, they accidently kiss and the episode closes.

The final sequence brings the episode’s romantic tension to a wonderfully chaotic conclusion. After falling asleep on Yi-jun’s shoulder, Jae-hee wakes when Jerry jumps across her. Final Thoughts

Episode 4 had its playful, unexpected and perfectly timed scenes in it. We see that both the characters have slowly begun to rely on each other. They are starting to break the walls around them to trust them. However, the kiss does leave us with some questions. Will Yi-jun develop feelings on Jae-hee who is a man to him? Or is he aware that Jae-hee is a woman in disguise? Will Jae-hee allow her feelings to work during an ongoing investigation?
