Korean Dramas Releasing in March 2024: A new month is almost here and we have new goodies in the bag to add to our watchlist. The Kdrama world is ever moving and with each amazing plot that comes to an end, there’s something even better to look forward to each month.

With dramas like Marry My Husband, Knight Flower and others having come to an end in February and dramas like Doctor Slump, Flex X Cop, Queen of Divorce and more coming to an end in this upcoming month, we need to prepare new dramas to add to our list. And so with more green flags, comic duos and more, let’s look into what March holds for us!

The list of upcoming Kdramas will soon be revealed but before that, let’s look into the dramas continuing into the new month and what we can expect from the upcoming episodes.

March 1

Flex X Cop Episode 9

I-soo needs to get over his past which is now haunting him in the worst way possible, but he has Kang-hyun by his side. But will he truly be able to overcome the past? Directed by Kim Jae-hong, the drama stars Ahn Bo-hyun, Park Ji-hyun, Kang Sang-jun and Kim Shin-bi, in the lead roles. Watch the show on Disney+.

March 2

Captivating the King Episode 15

The King is amidst another conspiracy, but it is not easy to trick him. Soon, he is to implement the plan he has been preparing for and finally gets to spend his time with the woman he wants. Directed by Jo Nam-gook, the drama stars Jo Jung-suk, Shin Sae-kyeong, Lee Shin-young, Park Ye-young, Jo Sung-ha, and Choi Dae-hoon, alongside other cast members. Watch the drama on Netflix.

Doctor Slump Episode 11

Jeong-woo and Ha-neul get back together but this time they are in a secret relationship. However, misunderstanding soon makes their way and anger Ha-neul’s mother. Directed by Oh Hyun-jong, the drama stars Park Shin-hye, Park Hyung-sik, Yoon Park, Kong Seong-ha, Jang Hye-jin, and Hyun Bong-sik, alongside other cast members. Watch the drama on Netflix.

Queen of Divorce Episode 11

Sa-ra finds out the truth behind her mother’s death and is ready to go all out against Yul-seong. Who will get the final win? Directed by Park Jin-suk, the drama stars Lee Ji-ah, Kang Ki-young, Kim Sun-young, Oh Min-suk, Lee Tae-goo, and Na Young-hee, alongside other cast members.

March 1

Wonderful World

Mystery thrillers are always a favourite of Kdrama watchers and this one brings the story of family members trying to get justice for their loved ones whose lives were lost but justice was never given to them. The story brings a series of heartbreaks, suspense, mystery, and healing.

Directed by Lee Seung-young, the drama stars Kim Nam-joo, Cha Eun-woo, Kim Kang-woo, Im Se-mi, Won Mi-kyung, and other cast members. The drama is set to release on Disney+.

March 9

Queen of Tears

Next, we have a rom-com because there is no way the Kdrama world is going to leave behind a month without a new rom-com that would make our hearts flutter. Queen of Tears tells the story of a married couple who live in different worlds but come together against all odds and make sure things always work for them.

Directed by Kim Hee-won and Jang Young-woo, the drama stars Kim Soo-hyun, Kim Ji-won, Park Sung-hoon, Kwak Dong-yeon, Lee Joo-bin, and Kim Gab-soo, alongside other cast members. The drama is set to stream on Netflix.

The Midnight Studio

A fantasy romance like no other, The Midnight Studio brings the story of a photographer who only deals with ghosts and a passionate lawyer who somehow finds herself in a partnership with this mystical photo studio. The drama is ready to bring in some comedy, some surprises, and a lot of ghosts.

Directed by Song Hyun-wook, the drama stars Joo Won, Kwon Na-ra, Yoo In-soo, Eum Moon-suk, Han Groo, and Ahn Chang-hwan, alongside other cast members. The drama will be broadcast on ENA.

March 15

Chicken Nugget

March is bringing in more fantasy dramas as we have Chicken Nugget telling us the story of a girl who mysteriously turns into fried chicken. This begins a series of mysteries being unravelled as her father and an intern working at his store try to find ways to bring her back to being a human.

Directed by Lee Byung-hun, the drama stars Ryu Seong-ryun, Ahn Jae-hong, Kim You-jung, Kim Nam-hee, Yang Hyun-min, and Lee Ha-neui, alongside other cast members. The drama is set to stream on Netflix.

March 18

Grabbed by the Collar

Being a reporter is not easy, especially when you like to bring the truth out in the open by exposing all the cases to the general public. Seo Jung-won is one such reporter, and when she gets involved in a murder case, it doesn’t take long to understand why this is happening to her. However, she is determined to prove herself innocent and helping her in this is a detective and her husband.

Directed by Lee Ho-jae, the drama stars Kim Ha-neul, Yeon Woo-jin, Jang Seung-jo, Han Chae-ah, Yoon Jae-moon, and Jung Wong-in, alongside other cast members. The drama is set to be broadcast on KBS2.

March 23

Hide

Bringing in another thriller mystery, Hide tells the story of a woman whose husband goes missing one day. She soon begins to look for clues to find out the reason behind his disappearance which unfolds a series of shocking truths. She soon finds herself involved with others who have clues regarding the disappearance and thus, begins a chase like no other.

Directed by Kim Dong-hwi, the drama stars Lee Bo-young, Lee Moo-saeng, Lee Chung-ah, Lee Min-jae, Jo Eun-sol, and Kim Sang-ho, alongside other cast members. The jTBC drama is set to stream on COUPANG TV.

Beauty and the Devoted

Finally, we have a romance melodrama bringing the story of a fallen actress and a producer who loves her and tries his best to get her back to the top. Here’s a family drama that will melt your heart as the two face challenges that mean nothing when faced together.

Directed by Hong Seok-goo, the drama stars Im Soo-hyang, Ji Hyun-woo, Go Yoon, Park Sang-won, Lee Il-hwa, and Lee Young-eun, alongside other cast members. The drama is set to be broadcast on KBS2.
