Jungkook Golden Preview: BTS Member Shines Bright as a Pop Soloist; Highlight Medley Takes Us Through Musical Triumphs of the Tracklist

Releasing on October 31, 2023, at 12 AM KST, the Jungkook Golden preview once again reminds us of the BTS maknae’s triumph as a solo pop artist soaring on higher clouds while dropping catchy tracks we can easily vibe to every now and then. In this highlight medley, all tracks from his upcoming solo full album have been teased, winning us over with the classic pop-tastic rhythm.

Having dropped two tracks as singles from his album previously, Jungkook had already established his presence by highlighting that olden is indeed golden, especially with how both of his songs released so far – Seven ft Latto and 3d ft Jack Harlow – recall the Y2K goodness of the quintessential pop genre of songs like the ones dropped by Backstreet Boys and NSYNC and others in early 2000s. Yet, he’s not merely mirroring musical identities recognised by these American artists of the old days, rather through his album he’s also recounting the “golden moments” of his life as an artist.

Off the Jungkook full album releasing soon, the track Seven (featuring Latto) aka the first single to be pre-released ahead of the album’s release date, has also crossed 1 billion streams on Spotify. Plus, on the solo front, the BTS member recently even collaborated with the Australian artist The Kid LAROI and British rapper Central Cee for the song Too Much that released on music platforms on October 20, 2023, again receiving loads of positive reception which has turned into a default habit for the singer.
