Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 5 Preview: When, Where and How to Watch!

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 5 is highly anticipated among the anime community. Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 (呪術廻戦 or Sorcery Fight) is directed by Sunghoo Park and is animated under MAPPA Studio. With Sayaka Koiso and Tadashi Hiramatsu designing the characters, Yoshimasa Terui is the sole composer of the series. Tatsuya Kitani performed the opening theme, Where Our Blue Is (青のすみか), while Soushi Sakiyama performed the ending theme, Light (燈).

The anime is scheduled for two cours, the first five episodes will adapt the manga’s Hidden Inventory arc, and the eighteen other episodes will showcase the Sibuya arc. Licensed under Crunchyroll, the episodes will be available with English subtitles, and the dubbed version will be released later on.

Based on the manga series of the same name by Gege Akutami, the story follows high school student Yuji Itadori as he joins a secret organization of Jujutsu Sorcerers in order to kill a powerful Curse named Ryomen Sukuna, of whom Yuji becomes the host. However, the new season will consist of various aspects of the story which the audience has been wondering about. Each episode has a runtime of 20-25 minutes.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Plot

The first few episodes of the new season focus on Satoru Gojo and Suguru Geto’s past lives, where they grew up together in Jujutsu High. Introducing the arc’s main villain Toji Fushiguro who is known as the ‘Sorcerer Killer’ who is after Riko, the Star Plasma Vessel. The main mission of the sorcerers is to keep her safe from any harm until she merges with Tengen.

Various characters will be appearing in the anime which includes Satoru Gojo, Suguru Geto, Shoko, Itadori Yuuji, Megumi Fushiguro, Toji Fushihuro, Nobara, Utahime and others.

In the next episode, it is expected that the plot will delve more into the friendship between Gojo and Geto. We have to await for the next episode to find out.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episode 4 Recap

In the fourth episode, Toji clashes with Geto after he kills Riko. Geto unleashes a very powerful cursed object but Toji manages to destroy it easily. He dodges every attack by Geto and incapacitates him. Toji takes Amanai’s lifeless body to Star Religious Group and hands it over to the leader. While he was returning home, he meets Gojo, who came back to life again.

Another battle between Gojo and Toji commences, but Gojo manages to get past his every attack. Ultimately he uses the Hollow Technique Purple and kills Toji. In the end, Toji reveals that he belongs to the Zenin family.
