Harry and Meghan Teaser: The Story Y’all Have Been Waiting for, Will it Shake Your Perception of the Royal Family?

Netflix is finally bringing the story we have all been waiting for as it releases the teaser of the upcoming documentary Harry and Meghan. Bringing the story of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, the docuseries will place their love story and later retreat from their royal duties in the spotlight.

Directed by Liz Garbus, the docuseries will bring interviews with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as well as archived tapes along with other pictures and videos related to the two.

The teaser of the upcoming documentary begins with a monochromatic picture of the couple sharing an umbrella while the question of why they wanted to make this documentary is asked in the background. As pictures of their happy time spent together pass by, it doesn’t take time for the challenges to arrive as Prince Harry’s voice speaks of how no one what’s happening behind closed doors.

Making sure to do everything he can to protect his family, the scene shifts to the tough times the two faced in Britain until the two finally retreated from their royal duties.

The teaser excites us for what the documentary is to bring as we can expect to witness the happenings within the royal family from a different perspective. The personal pictures of the couple that are seen in this teaser are the first to catch our eyes and are pointing towards an intriguing documentary that will show us the highs and lows of the couple.

As Meghan once said in an interview with Variety, “It’s nice to be able to trust someone with our story — a seasoned director whose work I’ve long admired — even if it means it may not be the way we would have told it. But that’s not why we’re telling it. We’re trusting our story to someone else, and that means it will go through their lens.”
