Guns and Gulaabs is Netflix’s exciting new teaser filled with action, drama and an old Bollywood feel. The film is set in the 90s when crime is on the rise as new players enter the game. The film stars Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Adarsh Gourav, Tj Bhanu and Gulshan Devaiah. The release date has not been set yet.
This is definitely a movie to watch out for not only because of its exciting cast but also for its comedy thriller duo. Both Gulshan and Adarsh have proved their action chops with films like Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota and The White Tiger respectively. We are excited to see both of their performances in this upcoming film.
The teaser starts off with Rajkummar Rao’s character as the narrator telling the audience how there are two types of people within us one that we display to the outside world and the other that should remain inside us. There is upbeat retro music playing in the background as we are introduced to the main characters in the movie Raj and DK.
The costumes, music and setting really help sell the narrative of the teaser. Fans of Rajkummar and Dulquer will be ecstatic to see this amazing collaboration.

The teaser is 44 seconds and definitely keeps you wanting more. From the teaser you can infer that Rajkummar’s character is an innocent guy who gets caught up in the crime world due to unforeseen circumstances and must commit unthinkable acts in order to survive. Dulquer’s character is a police officer who is in charge of catching the up-and-coming criminals.
We see Adarsh as a lowlife criminal who has just entered the game. There are lots of guns being fired, people getting stabbed and a confused Rajkummar Rao trying to figure out how he got into this mess in the first place.
