Glass Onion A Knives Out Mystery Trailer has been released by Netflix, after a much-hyped premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 10. The film is written and directed by Rian Johnson and produced alongside his partner Ram Bergman under their T-Street banner. it has a runtime of about 2 hours and 19 minutes.
The official synopsis of the film reads, “In Rian Johnson’s “Knives Out” follow-up, detective Benoit Blanc travels to Greece to peel back the layers of a mystery involving a new cast of suspects.” Detective Benoit Blanc finds himself in a new locale — a Grecian beach. It’s a far cry from the snowy mansion of the first film, but there’s one constant: a murder has been committed, and there’s only one man who can put the pieces together and solve it.
The star-studded cast includes Daniel Craig as Detective Benoit Blanc, Edward Norton as Miles Bron – a tech billionaire, Janelle Monáe as Cassandra “Andi” Brand, Kathryn Hahn as Claire Debella, Leslie Odom Jr as Lionel Toussaint, Jessica Henwick as Peg, Madelyn Cline as Whiskey with Kate Hudson as Birdie Jay and Dave Bautista as Duke Cody.

In the trailer, we see Miles Bron inviting people to his island to play a game of murder mystery. He says, “I’ve invited you all to my island because tonight, a murder will be committed. My murder.” It’s not an actual murder but the premise of the game, whose clues are hidden across the island.
They will have to closely observe each other and if anyone can name the killer, that person wins the game. But the fun game turns really serious when a real murder happens and they have no clue about the murderer. While the detective is warning everyone to not touch the body, staying indoors and everything they should ideally do, the party will do what they feel like.
From pointing fingers at each other to getting frustrated about not being able to solve the whodunit mystery, we meet various characters and out of them, one person could be our real killer.
