Doctor Cha Episode 10 Twitter Reactions: Frustration Runs High and Patience Runs Razor Thin

A new Korean Drama from JTBC is here, and the fans have spoken in the Doctor Cha Episode 10 Twitter reactions. Also known as 닥터 차정숙, this series stars Uhm Jung-hwa, Kim Byung-chul, Min Wook-hyuk, Myung Se-bin, Song Ji-ho, Jo A-ram, Baek Joo-hee, Park Jun-Keum, Kim Mi-kyung, Lee Seo-yoon, So A-rin, Park Chul-min, Kimg Byung-choon, Lim Hyoung-soo and Kim Yea-eun, alongside other cast members.

This Korean Drama series is directed by Kim Dae-Jin and written by Jung Yeo-Rang. This show shows the protagonist making a drastic lifestyle choice. After putting a pause on her medical resident career to become a homemaker, Cha Jeong-suk decides to start her training all over again when her husband, In-ho, a chief surgeon at the university hospital, cheats on her.

Doctor Cha is really having the time of her life in this episode because she discovers how many people support her through this difficult time. Roy Kim, especially, has been putting in double the effort in order to be a better friend to Jeong-suk. This means he cannot be giving value judgements for all her decisions, and he finally understands that. Seo In-ho, on the other hand, gave up the secret they had been trying to keep in the hospital and had been acting like a clingy person without a spine in order to get his wife back.

She eventually bites back at his effort and sings a song detailing the way men ruin lives. In contrast to the hellscape of an event, the twilight gave her the opportunity to bring life to earth. After the seating arrangements were all cleared up, a truck rushed into the area with a pregnant lady, and Jeong-suk was able to give birth to the child successfully. This increased the respect all the village inhabitants had for the hospital and also inspired them to provide an offering.

They all go back home and go out for dinner and drinks. Once again, In-ho overextends himself, drinking beyond his limit and making a complete fool of himself. Since Doctor Jeon also found out about Jeong-suk essentially being her mother-in-law, she has also stopped talking to Jung-min. Frustrations are clearly high throughout the episode, with the only reconciliation being the fact that Doctor Jeon was able to make her peace with Jeong-suk after a late-night drive.

A still from the episode

The two of them exhibited such a perfect example of female friendship, it was enough to get hearts melting. Moreover, fans were happy to see a character who exhibited some difficult characteristics to get redemption. And for some, they are happy that there is none. The most harrowing was Jeong-suk’s mom, whose advice did not fare well with audiences at all. They have taken to comparing her to In-ho’s mom, who has similar characteristics.

Apart from all of this, people are waiting for a big showdown. They want Choi Seun-hi and Jeong-suk to really get into it and start a fight. Before all of that, they also want the latter to divorce the husband because his leech-like symptoms are getting too old now. All of the internet patrons want Jeong-suk to go absolutely berserk like her daughter and cause some chaos within the hospital and the general social circle.

I-rang’s way of handling the situation was taken a tad too far, and even the reactions yesterday were kind of annoyed that these two girls were pitted against each other when the only folly they have experienced is actually their laidback and spineless father. In-ho’s lack of commitment to both the women in the series is only driving the fans up the wall as they come to terms with Jeong-suk’s amicable solution. While all this is frustrating, viewers are not mad about the subtle symbolism in the shots and the framing, painting In-ho as it should.
