Darlings Trailer: Shefali Shah, Alia Bhatt and Vijay Varma in a Dark, Twisted Comedy

The much-anticipated Darlings trailer is now out on YouTube. The Netflix India Hindi film stars Shefali Shah, Alia Bhatt, Vijay Varma, and Roshan Mathew. Directed by Jasmeet K Reen, the movie is cited as a black comedy drama.

A few weeks ago, Netflix dropped the Darlings teaser, which gave away nothing about the story. However, it succeeded in building curiosity among the viewers about what the story will be. Shefali, Alia, Vijay and Roshan have got everyone excited about the drama they will showcase on screen.

After dropping some interesting posters, the trailer finally has given us a glimpse of what to expect. The trailer starts with Hamza (Vijay) saying that he loves his wife Badru (Alia) but plans to leave her. Even Badru does everything to show her love and seduce her husband. However, Hamza goes missing suddenly. Badru and her mother (Shefali) go to the cops to file a missing complaint.

But after all the comedy, we get to the dark side. Hamza is an abusive husband to Badru. With her mother’s help, Badru captures Hamza and treats him like he did. The trailer has balanced itself with comedy and darkness at the same time.
